#14: Yaeyama's Blue

The sky is clear blue. Autumn is ongoing but the scenery still looks like summer in Yaeyama. The vacation house is quiet huge for 5 people. 5 rooms with bathroom and balcony, a living room, a kitchen and dinning room. 3-storied house is located just 200 meter away from the house.  Yui went out of the balcony and spread her arms. "You look like Rose without a Jack", Saruhiko commented while heading out of his balcony. His room is just beside Yui. In front of their eyes is the wide ocean. "Brother, the oceans looks like your flame", Yui praised. "Being called brother really gives me a chill", Saruhiko leaned on the rail of the balcony. "Brother, lets hit the sea!", Yui shouted in glee. "You've gotten used to calling me brother, arent you?", Saruhiko looked at her straight in the eye. "Coz, you told me to", Yui pouted and entered her room. She leaned on the wall and sat. Yui pulled her feet together. You have to get a grip of yourself. Fushimi-san is already a part of the family... You cannot... I cannot... See him in different ways.  Someone knocked on her door. "Oi~ I'm going to enter", Saruhiko opened the door. Yui stood up in an instant. She's in shorts and sando. Saruhiko opened her closet and found a long summer dress. He tossed it to her. "Get dressed, its already time for breakfast", he instructed. It was quite a long time. "Why are you still standing there?!!! Go out!!!", Yui pushed him outside her room. Her heart kept racing.

They had their breakfast together. "It's your first time to be here, right?", Kisa asked Yui. "Yes, mother. I hope to visit all the places before we head back", Yui answered. "Dont worry. There are tons of chances", Kashima chuckled. "How was the night, Saruhiko? Sorry, the air conditioner got broken. I asked the caretaker to fix it", Kisa looked at Saruhiko. "I dont mind", Saruhiko answered. Yuri watched them converse like they are just workmates. "Yui, shall we visit the garden later? I have so many things to tell you", Yuri invited. "Then I'll be staying here with Kisa and Saruhiko", Kashima sighed. "You are coming with us", Yuri commanded. After breakfast, the three went to check the garden. Saruhiko sits at the living room and watched television. "Saruhiko, its been years since the last time you came here. Want to check the pond?", Kisa invited. They both changed clothes and marched down the pond. "How did you know?", Saruhiko asked while walking behind Kisa. "After you left the mansion, I got some time to check on your stuff. You left your camera and I peeked through them. It was full of this place", Kisa turned to look at Saruhiko. The pond was well taken care of. There are also additional Koi's and goldfish mixed on the pond. It is more like a landscape. Saruhiko's dull eyes brighten. He squated and dipped his hand on the water. "The water is too warm. You should add some regulator here", Saruhiko suggested. "Is that so? I will have that noted", Kisa said nervously. "It's okay", Saruhiko said in a weak voice. "Saruhiko, I.... I... Before... I actually... I wanted to... But", Kisa stuttered. "Just say you're sorry. I told you before right. I dont despise you or liked you as well. For you to know that you're forgiven is enough right?", Saruhiko informed. He stood up in front of Kisa. "Then let me hear you say it", Saruhiko said. "I'm sorry", Kisa cried a lot like a kid. Saruhiko panicked and grabbed his handkerchief. "I didnt know that you can cry like that", Saruhiko chuckled. "You're forgiven", he gave Kisa a hug.

Yuri, Kashima and Yui are hiding behing the bushes. The three of them are crying. "That was such a good drama", Kashima commented. Yuri covered his mouth. "We look suspicious here", Yui shyly said. "Come out now", Saruhiko noticed them. "Eek... You're eyes are really everywhere", Yuri stood up and with the two. Kisa wiped her tears. "Then we're all buddy buddy now!!! Let's go to the beach!!!", Yui dragged them. The elderly went to have some massage while the two are getting ready. Saruhiko changed into brown shorts and white sando. He's been waiting for almost an hour. He knocked on the girls restroom. "Oi~ Yui! Whats taking you so long?", Saruhiko asked irritatingly. "Wah!!! Grandmother changed the clothes I was about to wear!!!", Yui cried. "Then wear it and come outside!!!", Saruhiko got pissed off. "No", Yui pouted. "Then I'll go home", Saruhiko threatened. Yui went out with her pink floral two-piece. Saruhiko had his poker face. "Flat", Saruhiko looked down on her chest. Yui gave him a good punch on the face. "You're showing too much skin", Saruhiko commented. "You're also unbelievably white", Saruhiko added. "Stop staring at me", Yui punched his stomach. "Ha... You're getting concious now?", Saruhiko teased. Saruhiko wore his sunglasses. They walked on the sand with eyes feasting on them. Yui went near the water and giggled when the water reaches her. Saruhiko just slept at the cottage. "Oh, you've got some smooth skin there. Want me to apply some lotion?", a group of boys surrounded her. "Please go", Yui averted her stares. "Hey, lets play. Its so sad to play alone", another went closer. A guy grabbed her wrist but Yui was able to remove it, Thanks to Enomata's lessons. "We've got a tough bone here ", they started to go closer.

One of them fainted. Saruhiko hit the back of his neck. "You guys are so noisy", Saruko tilted his head. It scared them off so they went running. "Thanks ", Yui sighed. "I told you told you learn some seld defense", Saruhiko clicked his tongue. "You cant expect me to go against a group", Yui complained. Saruhiko removed his sando and made Yui wear it. It looked like a mini dress for her. "Then, can you swim with me?", Yui grabbed his arm and dragged him inside the water.

Yui' POV
My mind is exploding. Seeing brother half-naked. I just wanted to close my eyes. We are approaching the water. I let go of Saruhiko and picked shells on my feet. Saruhiko's searching something on the water. He's going deeper as I follow him. As I stepped my feet, it went deep. I cant reach the floor. Help.... Help me... A hand enveloped my waist and pulled me up. "Yui, you've been quite handy", Fushimi-san said sarcastically. The way he calls my name tickles my ear. "You're going red, airhead", he informed. I averted my sight. He pulled me closer that I can feel his warmth. It's unusual. "Brother, are you sick?", I asked. "Havent you noticed that being around HOMRA will give you sweat?", Fushimi-san asked. "Our body temperature is boiling. Once I use this power, I'll faint", Fushimu-san explained. We went deeper and he seems to touch something with his feet. Asked me to hold my breath. We dived inside. Wow!!! There are crystal beneath the water. He took one and we went up. Its more pretty when the sunrays are reaching it. "These are different species of Prisms", Fushimi-san informed. Not to mention my weird position. I am clinging on his neck. "You're choking me", Fushimi-san complained. "Then, where am I suppose to hold?", I asked. "On my shoulders", Fushimi instructed and I did as said. "You're really warm, Brother", I flushed on my words. Fushimi-san suddenly ran his fingers on my face. "Its really soft and smooth. What soap do you use?", he asked. Good thing I am on his back that he cannot see my face. "Im a girl so its natural", I explained. We reached the lower part. I wish we havent yet. I let go and Fushimi-san disappeared in an instant. I joined Kisa-san..nope. I got to call her Mom. The massage house is really a cozy place to stay in.
Gotta be scared since there might be a tsunami... Hahaha
