-Lilly's POV-
My eyes fluttered opened and I instantly squint. Where am I? My ears were instantly filled with the sound of monitors beeping. Am I in the hospital? "Nicholas go get her parents she's waking up." Nathan says. "Hey baby. I'm here. I'm right here." Jovani's voice fills the room. I tightened my hand that was holding his. "Oh baby I'm glad your okay." he says and kisses my hand. I look at him and see a tear stained face. "H-How long have I been asleep?" I asked before my coughing fit since my throat was dry. Jovani stands up and gives me a cup of water and helps me drink it. "Babe, you've been gone for two weeks." He whispers. Before I could say anything my parents bursts into my room and so does Jovani's parents. "Oh my baby!" my mom says and she runs over to the other side of my bed. Jovani leaves the room and so does Nathan and Nicholas.

After an hour or so my parents and Jovani's parents leave the hospital. Everyone has gone except Jovani and James who were sitting in my room. I woke up a little earlier but they were talking so I wanted to eavesdrop a bit but I automatically regretted it. "I don't care if you care about her. You got to fucking tell her Jovani. If you HONESTLY care at least a little then you have to tell her." James says in a stern voice. Tell me what? "James you wouldn't understand. She's been asleep for two weeks. The doctors said she was gonna die! It was a moment of weakness okay?" Jovani hisses. "Dude you slept with Samantha Stewart aka Jake's stepsister!" James yells. My eyes become watery and soon two tears slip down. "Get out." I said. Both boys turn to me with confusion on their faces. "Jovani get the hell out of here." I said. "What?! Why?!" he asks. "I heard what James just said. How the hell could you. I fucking told you that, that bitch was my enemy. I told you she's Jake's stepsister. I want you to leave this room right the fuck now!" I yelled. "No baby I didn't mean to okay? It was a moment of weakness. The doctors said you might have died baby pl-" I cut him off with a slap across his face. "Don't you EVER call me baby one more time. No let me correct myself don't you ever talk to me, let alone come near me." I hissed. "Baby please." he begs getting on his knees while gripping on my hand and having tears stroll down his face but I slapped him harder this time. At the moment I didn't care if he was crying. James stands up and grabs my wrist, "Honey that's enough okay." He says to me. "Jovani if she tells you to leave, then leave. Respect her wishes." James says as I let out a sob. Jovani nods quietly with sadness in his eyes as he walks to the door, sniffing. "Bye Lilly." he says then leaves my room with tears still strolling down his face and that's when I break down. "It's okay sweet pea he's gone." James says trying to comfort me. "W-Why did h-he ch-cheat on me?" I choked out. "Sweetie they told us you were gonna die and we all coped differently. I know I shouldn't take his side but it was a moment of weakness baby girl. If I was him I would drink so much then sleep with a girl or a guy and I'm gay not bi." He tells me and I let out a small giggle. "James can I-I see Jada?" I ask him. Instantly his face fell. "What what's wrong?" I asked. "Baby girl, Jada is still sleeping. She hasn't woken up since the accident. The doctors, they want to pull the plug on her." He says and a couple tears stroll down my face. "I wanna see her James." I said grabbing his shoulder. He nods. "Okay baby girl. Come sit in this wheelchair and I'll drag this thingy here 'kay." I nod. Soon we were rolling down the hallway until James stopped in front of a door. Room 321 I was in room 334. James pushed the door open then he pushes me into the room. Instantly the sound of beeping hits me. James pulled back the curtain that was hiding Jada and I gasped. She had a black eye, scratches everywhere on her face, a busted lip, a cast on her left arm, and more scratches all over her body. "James can you leave us alone for a while? And whatever you hear don't come in." he nods silently and leaves the room and closes the door. I stood up and sat at the couch that was closest to Jada and dragged it closer so I could be closer to her. I grabbed her hand that didn't have a cast, just scratches. "Jada." I said, my bottom lip already quivering. "I-I'm so sorry you are like this. I-It's all my fault." "I shouldn't have been paying full attention on Jovani." I cried. "I know I shouldn't be complaining when you're like this but th-this is going to help me. J-Jovani h-he cheated on me!" I cried out. "Oh Jada he cheated on me with Samantha, Jake's stepsister!" I cried and cried. I stood up and laid next to her but made sure not to hurt her or pull the IV from my hand. I cried into her chest. I then felt a weak hand stroke my hair and my eyes shot up to look at Jada who was waking up. "James!" I yelled. "Lilly. *cough* shhhh you're going to *cough cough* blow my eardrum." Jada says smiling at me. I gave her some water so she could treat her dry throat. James busted through the door and looked at me with panic in his eyes. "Get Jada's parents and her doctor, she's awake." I said and he nods. Once he's gone Jada said, "I heard." "Heard what?" I asked. "I heard what you were telling me Lilly. I'm so sorry that Jovani did that but he must of had a reason to sleep with another girl." I shook my head saying, "Jada he cheated on me and that's all that matters. I can't believe him! But it doesn't matter anymore, I broke up with him." I said. Before she could say anything and I knew she was going to say something, her parents and doctor came into the room. I asked James if he could take me to my own room so I could rest since I felt tired and I didn't want to be bothered.
