Chapter 6

"I almost told you that I loved you, thank god I didn't cause it would've been a lie"

Two weeks had passed, and my boyfriend and I couldn't be happier. He was caring, affectionate and is really passionate for art. Paris and Pj urged me to go to Clara's party tonight. It was odd since she was hosting it the second time this year. Clara was probably stoked and thought that it would host them every fortnight. 

I picked my books up that were scattered on the floor. Pj helped me gather the books kindly. 'Thank you babe' I giggled, pecking his cheeks. 'You're welcome love' he blushed lightly. Dan soon entered the scene and coughed. ' I shot Dan a glare. 'You're jealous that I'm with her, Dan' Pj snickered.

'Ha ha' he faked a laugh. 'No' his voice ended in a flat, blunt tone. 'I'm just witnessing a womaniser making a girl fall in love with him, then would end up breaking her heart' Dan grimaced, hatred drawn in his eyes. 'No, Dan. Stay out of my life!' I screamed. 'Don't say I didn't warn you' he said softly. 

'You know that's not true, right?' he sighed. I looked into his jade-green eyes and frowned. 'Of course not, I know you aren't that type of person, love' I said warmly. He smiled and kissed me lovingly. 

Aicha, Yumi and Paris chugged in another glass of beer down their throats, earning a cheer from the crowd. I just glanced down at my phone, scrolling through my Facebook feed. Bellamy Philips just posted a status saying that the Red Bull bottles are running out. I sighed as boredom stricken me. 

I felt a pair of arms slither around my waist. I faced up to see Pj, who's face was flushing red. 'Hi baby, you feeling okay?' he asked me with concern. 'Yeah Pj, it's just- I'm bored' I frowned. 'If you want to go home, you can tell me' he said warily. 

I waved him off. 'I'm okay Pj, have a good time' I giggled, pressing my lips against his soft ones. He chuckled and left. 'Hey everybody! Truth and dare over here!' Georgette exclaimed, motioning everyone to huddle in a circle. 

I sighed, and joined since Yumi, Aicha and Paris were there. Georgette reminded everyone about the room. It started with Amorie eyed my boyfriend with a flirtatious look. 'Pj, truth or dare?' she chuckled. They were both slightly intoxicated. 'Dare'

'Perfect' Amorie chuckled. 'I dare you to kiss the prettiest girl in the party' She giggled, causing everyone to laugh. Our relationship was private for now, and the only person who knows about our relationship was Dan. He glanced over at me, then at Amorie. 

He inched towards Amorie and their lips went in perfect sink. They looked... perfect together. I felt so stupid and blind, and like I opened my eyes for the first time. Tears clouded my vision, and I walked out from the circle. I felt Dan's heavy footsteps chasing after me.
