The beach was so quiet, the only sound that enters my ears were the sweet sounds of the waves crashing. No one else was there, besides me. Or so I thought.

'How are you?' Dan asked, causing me to jump. 'Bloody hell, Dan! You scared me!' I exclaimed. 'Sorry' he said softly, letting out a nervous laugh. My feet drowned in the damp, golden sand while he examined me.
'Why are you starring at me? Is there something on my face?' I asked, annoyed. 'No' he said faintly, 'I was just wondering, have you thought through it?' He asked.
Taken back, he looked away from me. 'I think I should just leave' he said.
My mind becomes blank when he does. I lost all my senses when he does— because I was hurt? I frowned, while looking at the round moon. With the moon glistening the waves, the thought of him paces through my mind.

'Haven't you slept?' Dan asked in confusion. 'No, I've been awake since five.' I answered casually. 'How come?' He asked. 'I don't know' I shrugged, 'I probably drank too much Cherryade' I shrugged.
'Sounds pretty much like you' he said, amused. 'Amusing people is one of my specialties' I remarked, sarcastically. 'You don't need to be all sarcastic about it Y/N' he said quietly. I rolled my eyes, and headed to have some breakfast.

Our whole family went to the waterpark Dan and I went to yesterday. I didn't argue with them, I enjoyed the place. Now, I kept my hotel keys with my mom, since I'm not to be trusted around keeping hotel room keys.
'Do you want to go to the big slide?' I asked Dan. 'Yeah, I do' he answered. We walked up the stairs, and we reached the top, where the slide starts. I gulped while looking down. It was really high up.
'Wow, great to see you again, Y/N' a voice said, causing me to jump. I turned around to see Jensen smiling. 'Jensen?' I asked with my voice not sounding excited, more like sounding confused.
'Correct' he grimaced, 'Wow, you look beautiful' he smiled, while winking. I blushed lightly from his compliment.
'And you look like you need a punch in the face, wanker' Dan scolds. Jensen looked at him with a shocked look, and walked back, with his hands raised up in defense.
I scoffed at Daniel. 'That wasn't necessary' I huffed. 'He looks like those types of petty men you'd find in Nicholas fucking Sparks' novels! How can you not say that you don't want to kick his teeth in?' Dan laughed.
Maybe what Dan said was harsh. Maybe the fact that I kind of agree with him was also harsh. I waited, until it was my turn. I slid down, and waited for Dan to follow me down.
From my behind, Dan sprung up from the water, and tackled me into a surprising, yet expected hug. 'Dan!' I laughed out. 'Let go!' I squealed.
He stopped, and I noticed that we were centimeters apart. I gulped, while slowly getting away from him. He notices what I'm doing, then frowns.
Emerson then jumps into the pool, causing me to grumble. 'Let's go, that idiot's here' I motioned Dan out.
'Do you want to go out? This place is just blocks away from our hotel room' he said. 'Yeah, but my mom has out hotel room key' I reminded. 'It's in my bag, I asked her for it' Dan explained. I smirked at him.
I showered, and dried myself in the girl's toilet. I changed into my yellow dress, and let my hair down. I waited for Dan to come out of the men's bathroom, and when he does, a smile spread across my face.
'I like that dress on you' he smiled, 'you look beautiful' he added.
'Thanks Howell' I blushed. 'So, where would you like to go now?' I questioned. 'I'd like to go inside your mind and see what boy is inside your mind right now'
'Only you' I blurted, in a slurry voice. His eyes widened. 'Say it again' he frowned. 'I--um' I didn't finish it, because he cut me off with a kiss.
It wasn't forced at all, and that's what I love about it. 'Let's run' he smiled.
We ran. Just like what he said. Running without direction, we stumbled across the beach, near our hotel. He offered me his hand, and I gladly took it. We ran in a rapid pace up to our hotel room. We chased the Pelicans away with our running.

I slammed hotel room door behind us, and our lips linked, and moved in perfect sync. 'I think that I made up my decision Dan' I whispered.
'It better be a yes or else I'll be drinking gallons of wine to ease the pain' he growled in a low tone. I was on top of him with covers draped over our bodies.
'You're in luck, Howell'
We spent the night feeling intoxicated with love. Maybe this was too sudden. It feels good at least.
