AUTHOR'S NOTE: Any shortys with this title are basically some "notes" or rough drafts that are going to become another story I'm working on in my 'Michael and Me' Series, which is a fictitious story based on the life of Julia Daugherty, who meets Michael Hutchence and of their life together. Each book will contain a year or a couple of years of their lives, right now I have posted the year 1983, but I think this draft will go into his/their final years together.
The "1", "2", and so on aren't indicative of actual chapters as they will eventually appear in their respective books, just numbering them here to keep track of them. They're gonna kind of jump around a bit too, as notes often do.
Be sure to vote and comment, it'd be really cool to see what y'all think, thanks! :)
--- While this work is pure fiction, it does mirror some of the events that happened to Michael in the last few years of his life.

(November 21st, 1997, at the Ritz-Carlton in Double Bay, Sydney)...
Michael was just getting out of the shower and getting dressed while she was out on the balcony, having a cigarette when her phone started vibrating. Seeing it was Daniel, she immediately took the call instead of letting it go to her voicemail.
"Hey, long time no talk!" She smiled.
She heard Daniel laugh a little before he said, "Well, I did find out a few things, ..."
"And?"
"And the trash mags couldn't have found out anything from my hotel. I talked to the night manager and the woman who checked him out personally, there was no leakage of information on their end."
About that time a fully dressed and ready to go Michael joined her on the balcony, taking a cigarette from her pack and lighting it, leaning back in his chair and putting his bare feet up on the patio table, listening to her conversation.
"Okay, that's good to know. Could you find out anything about the adjacent rooms?" Michael was looking at her questioningly, she put her hand up, nodding slightly and mouthing out I'll tell you in a minute, to which he nodded as he took a deep drag off his cigarette.
"Yeah, I did actually. That took a bit longer as I had to do a little research on the companies those occupants worked for, and I can safely say that without a doubt there were no papz in either room. I even had staff search the room for bugs this morning, and none were found anywhere in that room."
"That's what I thought. Thanks, Daniel, you have been a great help."
Michael's face lit up when she heard him say Daniel's name, "Tell Daniel I said G'Day!" He said quietly, to which Julia nodded in response and put her finger up in a just a minute gesture.
