                                     One

Close your eyes and ...clear your head...

can you feel your soul move within you?

        ...stirring gently, at first...

        You begin to take flight

...spiraling upwards in slow, circular motions...

...through the darkness of your mind...

The cobwebs in the corners seem to leer at you,

"Come touch me!"  They whisper, but you move onward,

                       upward...

There is a light ahead and you sense hope...

...it is feint at first, but as you grow closer,

it seems to glimmer ... shimmering in the darkness ...

                        ... golden light ...

        You move closer to look inside;

you see its truth and draw back, afraid...

"Don't be afraid ..." It whispers, its voice strangely familiar...

... you embrace this light ...

... fills you in warmth, and

                     peace ...

You step into this light, and as you become ONE ....

... you realize this light is

                                                                 you.
