Bellamy's POV:
"Calm down princess it's okay. We'll be fine." I tell the worried Clarke sitting next to me. We are flying to London and the princess hates flying. Her grip on my hand tightens each time there is turbulence. We have gone on so many trips together. Every time one of us wants to get away or go somewhere we just up and leave. We've been best friends for as long as I can remember and I wouldn't want to be going on a get-away trip with anyone else. "Bell?" I look over to see a pale faced Clarke sitting next to me. "It's okay princess everything is going to be okay. We should be there soon..." The plane starts shaking violently. I look at the window and the ground is getting closer and closer. "BELL" Clarke screams out. She keeps screaming and screaming and it hurts my heart seeing her this scared. There is nothing I can do to help her, nothing I can say will calm her down especially since I'm freaking out on the inside, but I have to stay strong for Clarke. I'm doing this for Clarke. The oxygen masks come down in front of us. I quickly pull mine over my face and put it on my mouth. I look over at Clarke and she is fumbling to put her's on. I take it out of her shaking hands and put it on for her. "Just look at me princess it will be okay." I manage to get out, grabbing her small hand with my free one. We keep our eyes on each other as we fall from the sky.The next thing I know we have crashed on an island. I look around at the chaos around me. Part of the plane is on fire. People are running around screaming and crying. Bodies are scattered in the sand, along with luggage and pieces from the plane. I turn my head to look at Clarke and she isn't there. I unbuckle myself as fast as I can and begin running around, scanning the area for the familiar blonde curls that belong to Clarke. I spot her sprawled out on the sand. "CLARKE!" I sprint over to her and kneel down next to her limp body. I put my ear to her mouth and hear that she is still breathing. I notice a huge gash on her leg that is bleeding, but not too bad. I tear off a strip from my shirt and tie it tightly around her leg to stop the bleeding. I pick her up and carry her away from the sight. I place her down under a tree and run back to the crash. I search everywhere for survivors and tell others to get away from the crash as soon as possible. After several hours of searching the area, me and a few others decide to go to where everyone else is setting up camp. Someone comes up and runs into me, throwing their arms around my neck. It takes me a moment to realize it's Clarke. As soon as I do I wrap my arms around her waist as tight as possible. We burry our heads in each others' neck. "You're okay." She sighs, "I woke up and you weren't here." "Sorry princess I was too busy saving the day." That gets her to laugh "Good, someone had to." She says still smiling.
There are about 40 survivors. We think that the back of the plane broke off before we crashed and is on another part of the island. We start a large fire hoping that if someone flies over they will see it. Clarke and I, along with some others go through all of the luggage looking for anything useful. Clarke finds some thread and needles to stitch people up with. We find flare guns, water and some food. Hopefully they will find us soon because there isn't enough food and water to last 40 people more than 4 days, if even that long. "Come on princess let's go get some sleep." We go and lay down by the fire. Clarke falls asleep as soon as her head hits the sand. We've had a long day.
to be continued...
