Dr.Gordon arrived shortly. He asked Zayn a bunch of questions and ran a few small tests. I sat in a corner, watching both of them as the doctor attemtped to diagnose the problem.

He didn't take too long. I walked up to Zayn as he scribbled some medicines onto a piece of paper. After thanking the doctor and picking up the medicines from the pharmacy within the hospital, we began walking towards the car.

Zayn kept himself one step ahead of me as we neared the car. He quickly slid into the passenger seat whilst I walked over to the driver's. I slid in and started the car, pulling out of the parking lot.

I glanced over at Zayn who had his face pressed against the window in a similar manner to when we were going to the doctors. He looked exhausted although he had slept at least two hours before we left.

"Zayn, are you okay?" I asked, watching him from the corner of my eye whilst I tried to focus on the road as well.

"Mhm" he mumbled and kept his eyes fixed on the window. I chose to not ask him any furthur question until we reached home. Keeping to my decision, we drove home in silence.

Zayn walked straight for the door the second the car stopped and he scooted out. I pulled out the keys, grabbed his bag of medicines and followed after him. He was in the kitchen, filling up a glass of water.

"Per, my medicines?" he asked. I gave him the few tablets that he needed to take for the night and he washed them down with the glass of water he had filled.

He sighed, walking out of the kitchen. I followed suit, watching him shrug of his coat and throw it on the couch opposite to the one he was planning on sitting on. He sunk into the couch, his eyes meeting mine.

I sat down beside him. He wrapped his arms around me and rested his face in the crook of my neck like he had in the doctors office.

"I love you" he mumbled, his lips brushing against my skin as he spoke.

I smiled. "I love you too"

We sat in silence in the same position. Eventually, I felt Zayn's breathing get deeper and he was asleep. He had looked exhausted. I decided to not disturb him and since I was extremely comfortable in that position as it was, I closed my own eyes resting my head against his.

I woke up when Zayn moved away from me. The sudden detatchment of his face against my neck felt cold and bare. My eyes shot open as I turned around, spotting Zayn. He was sitting up having just woken up.

The digital clock showed that it was almost 4 a.m.

"Let's go inside" Zayn noticed that I had woken up. I nodded and we both made our way to the bedroom.

We changed into something more comfortable and suitable to wear before sliding into bed. Zayn wrapped his arms around my waist and turned over to my side.

I woke up around eleven a.m. the following morning. I pushed the covers away from myself, stepping out. The room was undeniably far colder than it should be. I tweaked with the heating, setting it on a comfortable level.

Zayn was still asleep. I walked over to him and gently placed my fingertips against his forhead, hoping that the sleep might have helped him but unfortunately, it had not. He was still blazing.

I frowned. This was definitely not something he could just sleep off. I sat down on the floor next to his side of the bed. I would just wait until he woke up because I honestly had nothing better to do.
