Zayn.

"Hey Louis, mate...I need to talk to you" I said into my phone as soon as I got home. I had decided that before I took this step, I needed someone to talk to.

"Why? Is everything alright?" he replied, his tone urgent as if he worried about why I wanted to talk so suddenly.

"Yeah, I guess...there's just something I need to talk to you about".

"Yeah okay...well go on then, I'm listening" he said, his tone slightly concerned as it was very unlikely of me to call him like that with my tone more urgent than his was right now. I was growing annoyed when he failed to understand that this conversation could not be held through the phone.

"Mate, I need you to come over or well...we can't do this over the phone" I told him as listened quietly. A second later, I heard some shuffling on his side.

"I'll be over in a bit". We said quick goodbyes as I sat down on the couch. My mind reeling with questions; asking me if I was sure. I knew that I was sure, I knew that I hadn't been surer about something else in quiet some time but what I wasn't sure about was the consequences, the reactions, the commitment.

I tugged at my hair, frustration overwhelming me as I felt guilty about not talking to any of the other boys about this. I would've but Louis seemed like the best option; Harry was very inexperienced when it came to relationships as he never even been in love and along with that, he was in LA for the next week, Niall was equally as inexperienced. I could have talked to Liam but he was busy with something as well so my mind was obviously set on Louis, as he was very competent when it came to relationships and he older than the rest of the group.

I would of course take this step after talking to all four of them as I would never do this without telling them all about this but right now, I needed someone to rant to. I needed to clear my head before I over analyzed the situation at hand.

I waited anxiously for Louis to come over, my foot constantly tapping on the wooden tile. The next instant, I heard the knob of my front door turn and footsteps coming closer. I looked up and spotted Louis directly in front of me, holding a confused expression.

"Good, you're here" I mumbled as he took a seat on the recliner next to me. I turned around to face him as he looked at me, intently.

"You're worrying me" he said, quietly.

"Don't be...it's nothing to be worried about just...ugh, I'm so confused; where do I begin?" I ranted on, confusing Louis even more though I could swear, he looked relieved when I said there's nothing to be worried about.

"Where ever" he said, referring to where I should start.

"Okay...well...uhm, its about me and Perrie" I said and he nodded for me to go on. It amazed me how understanding and mature he could be at given situations.

"I think its time to make a big move" I told him as he had a slightly confused expression spread across his face once again.

"What...what type of move?"

"I think...I think I want to get married to her". The words left my mouth before I could even debate on how I should break it to Louis. His eyes immediately widened as if he couldn't believe it. His mouth was left ajar too but no sound came out.

"You're freaked out?" I asked, my words coming out rushed as I saw his expression, he didn't look horrified but shocked. He didn't seem to be freaked out or did he disapprove of my decision; he looked like he didn't know what to say.
