Chapter 6
P.O.V Mareslya
So me and Shaquan decided to get ready for the the party. But I'm not going to the party with him. I'm going with jazz. As soon as I walked into the closest to find something to wear Jazz texted me.
From: Jazz
Meet me in your old room and we will get ready together. Don't forget a straightener and make-up. I'll meet you there in 5 minutes.
I grabbed a pair of black of black skinny jeans with a dark red shirt. And my red and black Adidas. I put my clothes and shoes in the bag. Grab my straightener and make-up and throw that in a bag also. Shaquan stops doing whatever he was doing and stares at me.
"Where are you going?"
"To get ready for the party. Why?"
"Because you just throw some stuff in your bag. Your not staying the night at Jace's house are you?"
"No. I'm going to my old room to get ready with Jazz. Then were taking my car to the party. Don't worry I'll see you there. It takes us hours to get ready unless you want us to kick you out until the party starts?"
"No."
I walk out of Shaquan's room with a smirk on my face and my book bag.
I walk onto my room and Jazz isn't there yet. I walk over to my stereo thats in one of the corners in my old room.
"Hey, hey, hey. Who's ready to get ready for a party?"
I jump up and him my hand on the stereo.
"Jazz don't do that. I nearly had a mini heart attack." I say as I put my hand over my heart.
"Don't be a baby about it. Do you want to take a shower first or should I. Because we both take forever in the shower."
"I'll take the shower first. You just stay here and don't brake anything." I say as I walk into the bathroom.
"It was on time. You brake something one time and your labeled for life. And plus the t.v attacked me."
I scream yeah, yeah, yeah, as i shut the bathroom door.
P.O.V Jazz
While Mars is in the shower i decided to raid her closest. She doesn't really care as long as you give her clothes back after you wash him. I found a pair of dark green skinny jeans in her closest that i want to wear to the party.
Me and Mars always wear jeans to high school parties because some of the boys there like to get a little touchy. Some boys just don't care if your mated or not.
On the opposite side of the closest I find a green see through shirt with white polka dots on it. Now all I need is a white tank top to go under it and i have my outfit for the party. I also can wear her white pumps.
"Hey Mars?" I tell over the shower so she can hear me.
"Yeah."
"I need to borrow a white tank top. Where are they?"
"In the dresser. Third one from the top." She yelled.
I went over to here dresser. And sure of enough that wear it was.
10 p.m
P.O.V Mars
Me and Jazz are on our way to the party thats 20 minutes away. The whole car ride me and Jazz where singing to the radio and being total goff balls.
When we get to Jace house there were a lot of cars parked everywhere. You can hear the music playing as you get out of the car. Me and Jazz walk straight into the house to get a drink. I'm not drinking tonight because I have to drive.
I grabbed a sprite from the fridge and walked over to my group of friends. Who are Marty, Yazmine, Ciara, and Kris. As we were talking someone came up to behind me and grabbed my waist. I felt the sparks so I knew it was Shaquan.
"Hey beautiful." Shaquan whispered in mu ear then kissed my cheek.
"Hey." I turn around and give him a quick peck on the lips.
"Do you want to dance." Shaquan grabbed my hand and lead me to the living room where a whole bunch of teens were dancing.
A fast song was playing but we slowed dance. I had my arms around his neck. And he had his arms wrapped around my waist. When the song look at me now came by Chris Brown played he rapped the whole song to me. We staid like that fir hours. Until Jazz came and found me and asked me if I was ready to go. I looked at Shaquan and he said that he had to find Derrit before he left because Derrit came with him.
At the mention of Derrit name Jazz started crying. I wrapped her in my arms.
"Jazz what happened?"
"I was walking around trying to find Derrit and when I did find him, he was in the kitchen and had some girl pushed up against the counter and making out with her." She said while crying.
"What." I growled. 'Derrit where are you?' I growled through the mind link.
'I'm in the back yard by the pool. Why?' He said back through the mind link.
I walked out the living room and to the back yard where some girl was cling onto him like her life depended on it. I walked over to him.
"You can leave now slut." I said looking at the girl who was clinging onto my brother.
"You don't tell me what to do."she said.
I grabbed her by her throat. And said i said you can leave. Then i dropped her. And she ran away. I turned to my brother.
"What is your problem?!" He asked while looking at me like I'm crazy.
"My problem is that you cheated on your mate and my best friend."
"Thats my business not yours. And plus I'm your brother your suppose to be on my side no matter what."
"Well then your no longer my brother. My brother would have never done that to his mate. There fore your not my brother."
"Mars I'm sorry."
"I'm not the one you should be apologizing to." With that said I walked away.
I found Jazz next to my car still crying. I drove us to Wal-Mart.
"Mars why are we at Wal-Mart?" She asked me sounding broken.
"We are going to have a girls night. So were getting snacks and movies."
"Thank you."
"Anytime."
We got all the stuff we need for girls night. We went back to my old room and started watching Pitch Perfect and eating snacks. Jazz was happy again. But its only a natter of time before she brakes down again. Because without your mate you don't feel whole.
