I wasn't leaving, not until I knew what was going on around this freaky forest. I looked right into Aunt Alex's eyes as she told me the whole entire story of my parent's past. Hannah was listing as she sat beside me, interested.
"How couldn't they know about the swamp fairy's past? Now she want's me." I frantically ran my hands through my hair.
"Calm down, she won't have the satisfaction of doing anything to you. Right now we need to get you home."
I could see the sadness inside Alex's eyes and also Hannah. I didn't want to waste there time into taking care of me. I knew that Aunt Alex wanted to spend time with me, not worrying about my safety.
I sighed, "Aunt Alex, that's not fair. You wanted to come out here to have fun. I don't want to ruin it because of my safety."
"Honey, I'm your Aunt. I need to keep you safe. It's my job." she tucked a piece of my hair behind my ear,
It was night time so we couldn't just leave now. "At least we should get some sleep."
"Well, I suppose so. Early in the morning we leave pronto."

Aunt Alex slept in her tent as so did Hannah. I quietly crept out of my tent leading me outside. I know I shouldn't be doing this, but I need to find out more. Alfred was feeding the horse, so I tiptoed right past him.
Then I burst out running as I land myself inside the dark forest. I couldn't see nothing, expect the clear white moon.
"Fairy?" I whispered, as I walked farther away from the camp out.
"Fairy?" I spoke a little louder so she could hear me, but nothing.
It was completely quite, expect for the sounds of the animals catching there midnight snack. I gulped as I heard a step from behind.
"Fairy, it's me.....Julie. I need to ask some questions."
I spun around quickly still hearing the sounds of footsteps getting closer and louder.
"Aunt Alex? Hannah?" If they were here, I'll be dead.
Then something caught my dress which made me trip hard on my ribcage. I gulped for air, but something made me stop. I lost all my senses and passed out.
.....................
"Come to me my child. If it wasn't for your foolish parents into me helping them....well, you wouldn't be in this mess. For I am Lucinda, the swamp fairy!"
I jumped straight up, hitting my head with a book case. A book case? I looked around seeing a cozy room with candles lighted up.
"Hello?" I asked, I rubbed the back of my head, "Is anyone here?"
I heard a noise come from the back. There was a door which swung open.
"I see you've woken up."
He was tall . He seemed older by the way his texture in his jaw line, but the way he dressed he looked about 17 or 18. He had dazzling gold eyes. Reminds me of my mothers.
"Why am I here?" I asked him, shaky from the cold air that crawled threw my body,
"My name is Spencer Matthew. I kind of thought you were someone here trying to steal my food. So, I kind of whacked you with my shovel." He was rubbing the back of his neck as he looked guilty.
"You were the one who was following me?"
"Well, I'm sorry I thought you were here to steal something. And your clearly not what I expected."
"What now I need to be a big scary man to get you to be scared and assume I stole something?"
"No, I didn't mean it like that. I mean."
"Save it. I need to get out of here."
"In the dark? Don't you need..."
I stared at him, "I don't need anyone to protect me. I'm fine." I took a step feeling the pain hit my head. I fell to the ground.
"Are you okay?" Spencer carried me back to the couch, "I think my bookcase damaged the back of your head."
"You think! I need to get out of here. I need to see the swamp fairy."
"The swamp fairy? Why on earth do you want to visit that crazy old hag."
"Because I need to ask her some questions."
"The only answers you'll be getting is the door right in your face."
"So your saying that you know where she lives?" my eyes lit up with joy
He shook his head up and down, "I do, but I'm not taking you."
"Why not?" I crossed my arms together,
"Because I'm not stupid into taking a little girl like you to a dark evil women like her."
"I'm seventeen." I growled,
"Well, I'm eighteen. So that makes me older." He patted my head,
"Look Spencer, you do not want to treat this princess bad."
"A princess? Yeah right! And I'm a Prince. Get some sleep." he walked away blowing the candles.
"I am a Princess!" I shouted,
"Good one, gooooood night......
"Julie!"
"Good night Julie, or should I say your highness." He left laughing out of the room.
OW my head hurts, maybe a little nap wouldn't hurt.............
