Duke Point of View:
The clouds have gone completely dark as my heart has been shattered to the deepest depth of the earth. How is it possible that the curse is coming true. I always thought that those since-less story's that my mother use to tell me were just a legend, but its coming true as Lucinda smiles devilishly at me.
"How...." even though Lucinda repeated the reason why three times. Still, I couldn't believe it.
She was agitated as she bit her lower lip," The Curse is no joke Duke. People have foolishly laughed it off as they retail the tail that everyone finds so humorous. Now it is my time to laugh as I sit back and watch them cowardly hide from there own shame. I will magically go back in time and destroy Julia love life with that Prince Issac causing them to never meet. Then I will introduce her to my fellow gentlemen who she will fall in love with then I'll order him to kill her in her sleep."
"Why this? Why now?" I answer,
"Why now? I've been ruined for life. People think of me as a joke. My fake death was because of those two."
"To make this all clear. Were you not the whole reason why Julia is alive because you saved the King?"
She fell silent at that last response, but quickly regained her pose, "I could've let him die, but I knew that if I let him die then what would the purpose of ruining Queen Rachel be? Why I'll let her build a family with him and her first child will be beautiful with the most dazzling features no man can with stand. Who wouldn't fall in love with Julia?"
"If you wanted revenge towards her why didn't you kill King Samuel? Why save him?"
"Because I knew Queen Rachel will grieve for him, but why not kill her own child that was part her and part him? Who wouldn't feel awful then. Sure, kill Samuel she sure will find some other handsome fellow at some point, but a child is always hard to misplace even if you can have many children. You will always no that your first child died."
She stood up as Soren stood still gazing towards me as I focused towards Lucinda movements, "You think this will work? Why do you need us?"
"I'm positive. Who ever said I needed them. I'm only interested in you."
"Me?" I asked, curious as where she was getting too.
"I need someone to pretend to be that gentlemen. How else is my plan going to work without your help."
"I thought you wanted Princess Julia here to kill her off now?"
"Plans changed. Now are you in or are you out?" she lifted her hand out for me as I watched my brothers frozen in ice. Soren eyes pleaded.
"Well......I'm a very impatient person. Are you in?"
"On one condition." I say,
"And....." she rolled her eyes in aggravation,
"You leave my brothers in peace and keep them safe."
"Fine. Blah blah. Lets get this over with."
I shook her hand firmly as Soren yelled out no. "No! You can't do this Duke. You can't side with this witch." he spat at her.
Lucinda held her hand towards her chest as if offended, "I would feel offended, but everyone calls me that so it kind of got settled in." her laugh sent chills down my back, "Now little boy."
" I'm not little. Duke listen to me. Whatever she's doing she's playing with your mind-"
"HUSH! I'm tired of your foolishness little boy." with one wave of her finger Soren disappeared into dust.
"What have you done with my brother!" I screamed as I grabbed a hold of her collar and flung her on the floor, "Bring him back."
"I'm afraid I can't." Lucinda said smiling as she stood up without using her hands, "You see I knew I couldn't completely trust you. IF you want to see your brother........" she looks around the room spotting the rest of them causing them to disappear including Dominic, "I mean brothers then I'll change that attitude and learn to respect me." her eyes narrowed down as the whole room was shaking as if an earthquake was happening at this very moment.
"You either do what I say or your brothers pay the price and then you follow after."

I know right chilling:) Well, I'm sorry if its not long enough, but I felt like I've been having a bit of writers block. Anyway....the next chapter will be longer, but not to long! XD There is like only four or five more chapters left until this story is completely finished and then there won't be anymore sequel for this story:( But!! I'm thinking of making a story but leading up to like Beauty and the Beast types. What do you guys think? But that's until I'm done with this story! Comment and tell me if you like the idea, or vote! I prefer vote:)
