I could feel my face becoming hot, no doubt my face resembling a ripe tomato. "Don't you dare say another word, Mason. Or so help me, I swear I'll wrap this towel around your neck and choke you."

"Well if you insist, just don't close my eyes. I would like to see the display" he wiggled his eyebrows as he obviously raked his eyes down to my butt.

"Horny pig" I spat, suddenly realising I was still laying on his floor. I could feel my face burning.

"Hey, I wasn't the one who had the idea of parading into my room in nothing but a towel. That was all you sweety."

"Just give me a shirt and shorts" I demanded, hoisting myself up. Careful not to give him a full display of whats under the towel. I stalk back into the bathroom without even looking back. His laugher only making me walk faster.

It was like I was born to embarrass myself.

The knock on the door brought me out of my misery. I opened the door just enough for his hand to come through with the clothes. Snatching them out and forcing his arm back out.

Sighing with relief as I locked the door.

It wasn't long before I left the bathroom, ensuring my face had settled back to their natural tanned shade. I didn't need to give Mason another reason to hoist me up the ladder of embarrassment.

Walking down the stairs it was like a whirl of unexpected blurry commotion. People fussing around trying to get ready for work, parents yelling out the time in disbelief. Trying to quicken their partners to leave the house. I happened to have been caught up in that mess. Being dragged and shoved out of the house in all directions. My poor attire no longer looked as presentable as it could, seeing as it was all at least two sizes larger than my build and was in fact mens clothing.

Waving goodbye to the hoard of parents jogging to their cars was amusing. But my amusement soon died down when the realisation of sitting with Mason in the car for 20 minutes came about after what happened in his bedroom, ew even the string of words to explain what happened was revolting.

I silently and bluntly ignored his presence as I sat in the passenger seat, closing the door a little more forceful than it was needed, huffing out in annoyance. What can I say, I was one for the dramatics.

----
"Hey I have that shirt!" I heard Nick shout as I approached my rowdy group of friends.

"I'll be sure to mention that to the he-devil when I see him next" I grumble out. The silent car ride was anything but awkward, both of us silently glooming over last night and this morning. As we settled back into our daily schemes of pretending we didn't know each other.

"Wait, what he-dev- MASON?! The Mason Key? Your wearing his clothes?! Evelyn what the hell? You didn't sleep with him did you!?" Keely all but yelled into my face, her eyes wild. As she clutched onto his-my, dang it, whosever's shirt.

How the hell she managed to ask all those questions within the timespan of 4 seconds, amazes me. Though not enough to distract me from the large number of new eyes set on me. This happened a lot, to which I just casually and all but painfully laughed off, to distract the new pairs of eyeballs.

"Oh god, no Keely. That's disgusting" Even just the thought of that made me shiver in disgust. I walked up to my locker, thanking the heavens that most of my books were always kept at school. I had a strict routine when it came to school, it was the only way I've managed to receive my straight A record.

"Listen I'll fill you in later on, I have to get to tutoring." I managed to slam my locked and run around the next corner free from her glare and hold. That girl could be your best friend to your worst nightmare in a matter of seconds. But I have to admit I do love her.

Though I must say my running was short lived as I felt myself crashing into a brick wall. Almost winding me. Though I managed to stay upright with the help of my awesome uhm none existent uhh ninja skills. Along with the unnecessary help of two muscular arms to steady me.

"Damnit Evelyn!"

ALAS! I knew the world didn't love me enough to send me a new hunk of meat to run into and fall incredibly in love with. It was all just lies and romance novels and I was stuck in a horror one.

"Not now Mason" I say as I quickly pushed him away from me. Putting a heap of safe space between us. As I quickly tried to walk away, I had very little time left. Brent would surely be on his way to find me.

"Mason babe, don't talk to this no-one" Katie spat out, glaring fire balls into the back of my head.

The icy shrill of her voice was the most obvious clue on who the person was without even turning. She was the devils advocate right beside Mason. This girl lived to torment me, though I wasn't the girl to try and ignore her and be weak. No. She learnt that the hard way years ago. Ever since then when I heard even the slightest peep come out of her mouth I felt my blood boil.

"Yo barbie! Your implants are dropping, you might want to get them fixed and while your at it tell the doc to boast your duck lips. They seem to be deflating" I retaliated, turning around to give her a signature glare.

"You bitch!"

"Nuh uh uh, braty toddlers shouldn't swear." I tutted, shaking my head in fake disappointment.

By now, half the school seemed to be within a few steps away from us. With Mason standing in the middle, amusement undoubtedly in his eyes.

"Mason, how can you let her speak to me like that! Shut her up!" the tone she used must of struck a chord with him because within seconds his smile was gone, replaced with a scowl.

"She's legally blind, I can't stop her. That's like hurting a defenceless baby animal." he snickered.
