After we left the park I decided to take Carmen out to lunch and then ice cream. At the ice cream shop we get in line Carmen orders birthday cake and I order vanilla. We go crazy with toppings though. We sit down in a chair outside so I can call Zoey.

"Hey my ladies you two having fun"she says.

"Hey baby"I say

"Hey mommy"Carmen says.

"Did you get our pictures" I ask.

"Yes y'all look good my little models." she say.

"Mommy I got my nails nd feet done at da nail place and then I got new clothes nd we went to pwark and den McDonald's and now we eating ice crweam" Carmen says her little baby voice is adorable.

"Really now ice cream really Yani" she asks

"Ima take her to the park then the movies she will run it out" I say for reassurance.

"Leo says hey" Zoey says.

"You with Leo?"

"Yes we going out for lunch." she says.

"Awh have fun me and Carmen are going to the park" I say.

"Okay I'll call you later" she says.

"okay"

"I wuv you mommy" Carmen says

"You to baby"she hangs up. I decide to take Carmen to another park since I don't want to run into that asshole again.

Zoey

I've never turned a woman down but I did Nikki I didn't want her like that. I want Yani. Since I been with her I can't see myself with any other woman. I know I feel how I do with her but damn I don't want to get my heart broken again. It hurts to much if I lost Yani I think I would feel worse than I did when I lost Jessica. Just thinking about her pissed me off. Why did I deal with her? She did nothing but hurt me but when that first tear started down her face I melted. Leo's punch breaks me out my train of thought.

"Ow what the fuck" I ask.

"I've been talking to you for 10 minutes and you was staring off in space."

"Sorry uhm what you say" I stutter

"What's on your mind baby girl you were hitting the bag pretty hard you could of busted a hole in it I know you only do that when you have a lot on your mind."she asks.

"Why did you and Anna leave" I ask surprising myself.

"We....the neighborhood had gotten to much and my sister got sick in Washington so we had to go up to her" she says. her eyes show guilt.

"oh" I simply say. I wanted to ask more but I pushed it away.

"That not all the things on your mind but if you not ready to talk about it then that fine" she says as if on cue the waitress comes and asks our order. we talked about little things. After lunch we decided to buy some things for our women. Leo buys Anna a outfit. We go to this sex themed store. I end up buying some lingerie for Yani. It red and black with lacy designs in the rim of the bra that flows out to a see through bottom and the panties were red but in g-string form. I buy it for her I hope she likes it.

In the car after the movies Carmen was sleep. The sun had went down. We pull up to the apartment building. I get Carmen out the backseat luckily she isn't that heavy. I walk up the steps and lean down to get the spare key from under the mat. Zoey had left it for me. I unlock the door its dark. Zoey must still be out. I carry Carmen to the bed and lay her down. I turn on some music and go to the shower. I change into my short shorts and a cami. I had went to my house earlier I hadn't been there in a while I got a couple clothes. I notice the house is a little messy so I decide to clean up a little. I realized I hadn't cooked for my baby in a while. She had told me she was part Mexican. She said hero favorite Mexican meal was enchiladas and rice. I can make the rice but the enchiladas was something I was lost on. I go to the computer and print off the recipe. I go to the kitchen and turn my music on in there. I go find some spices to put in the rice. Yeah I just decided to make a Mexican seasoned rice well mostly for me because it looked good. The smell takes over the room and make my mouth water. I start swaying to the music. "Candy rain" by soul 4 real. I love this song. I start singing really off key but oh well it was fun.
