Yukine x reader oneshots!!! (Discontinued, but completed)

Comfort

"(Y/n)?" Yukine's voice called you in a whisper as he creaked open the door to the room where you slept.

You didn't answer, you were happily dreaming about (your happy place~). You smiled in your sleep letting out sighs and hugged your pillow.

Yukine tip-toed into the room and sat beside you, 'She's asleep...' He thought looking down at you sleeping body. He was about to leave until you called his name, "Yukine..."

He quickly turned around and looked at you in a bewildered expression. "Y-your awake?!"

You simply sit up from your futon and rubbed your eyes. "Yeah I'm awake, what's up?" You look at him with a clearer view than when you first awoke.

He went to sit next to you again, "I can't sleep... Sorry to wake you."

"Nah, it's fine. So what do you want to do? I'm not sleepy anymore..." You softly giggle crawling over to your (favorite animal) plushy and hug it against your chest.

He nervously smiles, "I don't know... Want to um..." He looked up at the ceiling avoiding your (e/c) eye looking at him. " want to what?" You raise and eyebrow. "...n-never mind!" He's about to get up and leave but you stop him, "hey, you woke me up. Don't just leave me here bored out of my mind!" You yelled in a whisper. You hugged his arm as you added a little pout. He turns his head in the other direction and mumbles, "fine... "

"I know! How about we go out?" You give him a cheeky smile. He blushed at your choice of words, 'go out'. He did know you simply meant 'go outside and explore' it just surprised him at first.

"W-what?"

"Come on you heard me! Let's go out, I'll get my sweater."

"R-right now?!"

"Yup!" You pop your lips together as you slide in the comfy (f/c) sweater. He puts on his green jacket and immediately got pulled by you.

"(Y-y/n)?!" You giggled quietly and put your index finder near his lips making a 'shush' sound with your lips. You both tip-toed all the way to the outdoors.

~Timeskip time~

You both are walking throughout the dark streets. Only the light of cars passing by and lampposts reaching high above shone. You two arrived at a near sidewalk and walked. The dark night sky was calm, you still held his cold hand.

"Yukine?" You ask, your feet coming to a stop. He stopped as well, you were both at the sidewalk near the top of a hill and at the bottom was a Sakura tree, with a river behind it.

"Want to stay here for a bit?" You asked pleading with a pout. He basically had no choice, he nodded with a frown.

"(Y/n), shouldn't we go back?" He asked with a worried tone. You looked at his sunset eyes, they reminded you of your plan all along to bring him out here.

"Let's just sit and watch..." You sit on the soft grass letting go of Yukine's hand. He sits beside you looking down at the Sakura tree. A sigh escapes his lips, you heard it and wanted to do something, 'he sounds so unhappy...' You thought sadly. An idea came to your head, "Yukine," you called getting his attention. You hesitantly lean forward and wrap your arms around his torso leaning your cheek against the fluffy outline of his jacket. "Are you okay? Does this make you feel better?"

"Tch..." His blonde hair covered his eyes as he looked the other direction. "Yukine...?" You spoke softly, "tells me what's bothering you..." You nuzzled against him.

He kept silence, you didn't like that. His mood changed really quickly once you arrived there, "Yukine, please. I don't like seeing you mad." Your voice was a little louder, but you weren't screaming.

"I'm not mad..." His voice was raspy, as if he was struggling trying to speak. "Then why-" he cut you off, we was now hugging you back. His embrace tightened a bit as he laid his face in the spot between your shoulder and the side of your neck.

"I don't want to talk about it..." He whispers then sniffles. You feel wetness on your shoulder, he's hiccuping a little too, he's

You rub small circles on his back, "it's okay, I'm here for you. As your friend, as someone you can trust, you can tell me anything..."

"H-he's gone... Gone!" He weeps, your eyes widen in realization. It wasn't long after Suzuha's death, his first friend. You never met Suzuha, you weren't even Yato's regalia then! But you did remember when you first met Yukine he was all depressed and cried a lot. Yato and Hiyori explained everything that happened.

You started to feel tears falling, you were crying too. "I'm sorry! I forgot that this was where he-" you stopped speaking. No? He didn't cut you off or anything, but you did feel the sun's luminous warm light shine on you. You hesitantly smiled calming down, Yukine seemed to feel you calm state making him calm.

You poked his cheek and giggled, "Watch the sunrise with me... It might make you feel good~" you didn't know any other way to cheer him up.

He sat up straight, making you let go of the embrace,and giggled, your smile widened. "You're okay!" You hug him again. He smiles, "thanks to you..." He mumbles. You kiss his cheek, "I'm glad you're alright."

He blushes red, you giggle at his flustered expression. "I like you Yukine, I worry about you all the time. Don't be sad, I love seeing you happy. I want to be more than just friends," you glance at the sunrise.

He looks over at the sunrise and wipes his tears adding in one last sniffle. "I like you too (Y/n)..." He kisses your cheek. Your face is brushed with red on your cheeks, "so if we like each other does that mean...?" He nods pulling your arm, "that means I can to this~" he pushes his lips against yours. You are clearly enjoying this, wrapping your arms around him you smile into the kiss. He caresses your hair pulling your head towards him more making you melt into it.

You didn't know how long you two kissed, you were kinda too busy to keep count anyway.

Hii! I've been working a lot, school is a pain. This week I have lots of exams, anyway... I know this might not be much but as a sorry for taking too long I'll update another oneshot today too! Yay, two in one day!
