I Hate You!

"Idiot!"

"Dumb!"

"Stupid! You are really getting on my nerves! It's all your fault!" You scream right at Yukine's face.

His sunset eyes show the suns in them explode with rage. "Me?! I wasn't the one who decided to run off to see a dog!"

"It was a cute dog! Excuse me for trying to be a normal girl!"

"Well we can't be normal! You'll never be normal because we are dead! DEAD!"

You glare at Yukine with a deadly scowl, he really crossed the line. You never understood why he hated you. Your first impression of the regalia was a cute blonde boy you were willing to befriend. But suddenly he began to snap at everything you do.

"Why are you always yelling at me?! Why do you hate me so much?! What did I ever do to you?!" You are both centimeters away from each other.

He seemed to be taken aback, he looked at you as if you just slapped him.

"You... You wouldn't understand!" He yells clenching his jaw looking down, he lets his blonde hair cover his eyes.

"Then make me understand!"

"I can't because you're too dumb to understand anything!"

You both hear shuffling in the grass coming from the side. You both choose to ignore it.

"What is going on here? (Y/n)? Yukine?" Yato sternly glared at the both of you.

"She went after some dog making me follow getting us lost." Yukine grumbled.

"Nobody asked you to follow me. You brought yourself into this!" You cross your arms.

Yato sighed and placed a hand on both your shoulders. "Yato?" You question a little calmer.

He doesn't answer and teleports all three of you to Hiyori's house.

"Why are we here?" Yukine asks.

"EEEK!!! Yato! What are you doing in my house?!" Hiyori says coming into her bedroom.

"Lock these two up in your closet. They need to get along." He says pushing both regalias in the closet.

Hiyori doesn't ask seeing Yato actually being serious. "Okay..." she locks the closet with keys.

"Oww!!! My foot!!" You exclaim backing up against the wall.

"How was I supposed to see in the dark?! Yato! Get me out of here!!!"

Silence comes from the outside. You sigh and speak softly, "I'm sorry... I shouldn't have followed the puppy."

"You really shouldn't have, but I guess its understandable. I should apologize about what I said. We may not be normal, but... Isn't normal boring?" You heard him chuckle at his own comment. You smile slightly, and a little sad that you can't see him right now.

"Yeah..." You whisper.

"Look (Y/n)... I'm sorry, I don't hate you. I don't dislike you. It's just really complicated... Ever since I met you, I've been having trouble. Yato has been getting blighted. I hate that, I hate myself for that."

You frown, "How is Yato getting blighted by you, have anything to do with me?"

"You're beautiful, when I look at you, you seem perfect. You are perfect. Every time I said I hate you, I actually meant something else-" he cut himself off as the closet lights turned on.

You blink and notice a small switch behind your shoulder. "There was a light switch there the whole time... ha." You giggle then face Yukine seeing him clearly now.

He bites his lip and steps closer, "I hate you." He says calmly, you furrow your eyebrows, "What?"

"I hate you... I hate how beautiful you are, I hate that after all I've done that you won't like me, I hate that you make me have these thoughts... I hate you." He leans closer.

You have no words, he hates you. But... did he just complement you?

"Yukine... you're confusing me..."

"I LOVE YOU!" He yells staring right into your eyes. "That was harder than I thought..." He muttered to himself.

You feel a smile creep up to your face, you cup his cheeks making him look at you. "I love you too... I always knew something was up. You weren't like this at first." You see him tear up.

"Yuki... You don't need to cry..." You softly wipe his face.

"I'm sorry (Y/n)!!! I'm so sorry!" He sobs embracing you.

You cup his face again and kiss his lips. Then pull away seeing him blush and stare with such emotion."I forgive you... please don't cry." You giggle and kiss him again bringing you hand behind his neck. This kiss was more passionate and it lasted longer.

You feel him respond by moving his lips with yours, he embraces you pulling your body closer.

"I love you..." Both your voices say at the same time making both of your faces to spring up smiles.

"Hey! You two make up yet?!" Yato's voice said.

You giggle embracing Yukine nuzzling your face under his jaw. He wraps his arms around your waist. "We should get going..." He whispers tenderly.

"Yeah... we should. But I don't wanna." You smile then remember his confession. "Hey Yuki... how did I make you blight Yato?" Your head tilts adding to the 'innocent' question.

He turns beat red and shuffled away, "We should go... Hey Yato! Let us out!" He yells at the door, his heart never beat that fast if his life.

You smile slightly shaking your head, 'What a pervert... but...'
