Curious

You were out shopping with Hiyori, she lend you some money to buy yourself to whatever you wished.

You wandered off looking around the shops throughout the mall, you're confused.

'What should I get?' You wondered as you stopped near an accessory store. Your (e/c) eyes gazed upon a (fav. gemstone) bracelet on display. You looked at it through the window, your hands resting on the glass.

"(Y/n)?" You heard Yukine's voice. You looked up at the reflection of the glass and saw the familiar messy blonde hair. You cheerfully turned around, "Hii! What are you doing here?"

He sighs then smiles, "I'm so glad I found you, Hiyori called us saying she lost you at the mall."

"Ohhh... Sorry hee hee..." You tilt your head with a small smile. He blushed at your cute actions, "L-let's go?" He nervously asked.

You hum in response and held his hand. "Let's go back home... Em... I mean Kofuku's place!" You correct yourself. Although since you arrived, Kofuku's place was were you basically 'lived' now. It felt like home.

As you two walked through the mall you turned around hearing music. The music came from a guitarist playing as he sat on the floor. His instrument case open with coins and bills scattered miscellaneously. You let go of Yukine's hand and wondered off, Yukine panicked as soon as the warmth from your hand left. He turned around following you with a sigh.

Your eyes looked at the boy, he wore a bandana keeping his bangs spiking up, along with a red shirt and jeans, your eyes looked in amazement as his fingers pressed on the strings, and his other hand plucking the strings.

Yukine huffed rolling his eyes as you looked at the boy in amazement, you caught his change in attitude and went back to him. "Sorry... I was just curious..." You mumble holding his hand again. He flushed pink, "It's okay... Just don't run off like that." You smiled and nodded, "okay! I'll make sure we stay like this!" You bring your arm up in which is holding his hand. Both of your fingers intertwined.

He blushed and turned away, "F-fine..."

Walking by you kept gasping in amazement at the simplest things. You even dragged Yukine along to check things out.

"(Y/n)... We need to get going..." Yukine spoke bitterly, you dragged him in circles back to where that boy playing the guitar was. He forcefully made you stop by gripping your hand tighter, this made your head turn to him curiously. "Yes?" You giggled.

Yukine glared at you making you pause and furrow your eyebrows in worry, "Um... Yuki-kun?" Your voice sounded bubbly and adorable, but if that affected the blonde somehow, he didn't show it. All he did was glare.

"(Y/n). Listen, you need to stop running off like some lost 5 year old. We have a job to do and you're wasting time."

Those words hurt you, "Y-Yukine..."

Yukine's eyes softened seeing your face looking hurt. He didn't mean to make you sad, he just hated the thought of loosing you somewhere.

"S-sorry... I-I just wasn't thinking..." He sighed and held your hand carefully. "Let's wait for Yato over at thy bench over there okay? I have something that will sure make you smile." He giggled.

Your mouth twitched but you were trying to be mad at him! No no! No smile! But... You smiled.

"O-okay..."

Getting comfortable on the bench, Yukine hid something behind his back.

"Wanna see what I got?"

You nod, again, curious on what he's hiding.

"Then..." He neared your face, his nose kissing your nose. You giggle and pull away, "Yukine, you're acting weird. What happened?"

"I fell." He smiled.

"You fell?! Are you okay? Do you bleed? Did-"

"Shh! No, (Y/n). I fell... For you... And your curiosity. You love to know things. Well, know this. I feel I love with you."

"L-love... Me?"

He nods with a small smile. Your shocked expression changed into a happy grin. "I... I LOVE YOU TOO!!!"

You tackle him into a hug, "and also... What do you have behind your back?"

He chuckled, "Still curious I see? Well, you have to give me something for it."

"W-what?"

"Something... Sweet."

"Sweet?" You tilted your head. Then you understood tmwhat he meant. You giggled, 'I can't believe I'm doing this'

You leaned closer and connected your lips with his. Your heart fluttered as he sighed into the kiss. A moment later, after parting away, he showed you the object.

He held a (fav. gemstone) bracelet, "I saw you looking at it last time... So uh... Here."

"Thank you. Yukine."
