Best Job Ever~

"Is that true?! Really really?!" You asked your God/ Goddess named (G/n). (S)he nodded with a smile calmly. "Yup, I've got a job to help out that shrine-less God." (G/n) sighed, "Sometimes I almost feel bad for him..."

You weren't really listening, you were busy daydreaming about seeing a certain blonde again.

"So! When are they coming?" Your eyes glowed as your face seemed too small to hold such a huge grin. "Right now." (G/n) said in a monotone voice. You cheered and ran outside the shrine you lived in to the entrance.

Swaying side to side and looking in every direction waiting impatiently.

A sudden thud made you turn around to see two familiar figures laid on the floor.

"Yato you Baka! Get off of me!"

"Hmph... You have to apologize first!"

"Like I'd ever do that! I have nothing to be sorry for!" The blonde growled as his raven haired master sat on him.

You gasped and ran as fast as you could seeing them both. You squealed, "Yukine-kun~!"

Yato looked at you in horror and tried to move, but was unfortunately slow. You kicked him sending him across the patio and pulled the blonde regalia into a tight hug. "I've missed you so much!" You kissed his cheek multiple times loosening the hug a bit.

He turned to his beat up master with a smirk then turned to you returning the hug. "I've missed you too (Y/n)..." You blushed with hearts in your eyes as he said your name. Your stomach getting butterflies.

You heard a loud sigh and turn to see (G/n) smirking. "There you are lover boy... Do you know how much trouble she's been? I don't know what you did but (Y/n) hasn't shut up about you since the last time we saw you."

You blushed in embarrassment, "(G-g/n)! D-don't tell him that...!" You pouted.

Yukine chuckled beside you as he held you tightly, "Well, I guess I just have that effect on her~" he responded to your master making him/her sigh once again.

"Come on Yato, I've got that job for yah.."

"Okay! Come on Yuk-"

"Nah ah ah... Yukine has a different job." (S)he smirked.

"B-but..." Yato pouted as he was being dragged away.

Yukine looked confused and turned to you. "A different job?" He questioned.

You giggled and nodded, "Yup~ now let's make up for lost time!" You leaned closer to his face. He had a small color of pink on his cheeks.

"U-uh..."

"Where do you want to go? Ooh! How about we go to the pool! It's quite hot out here... Or! Or we could stay inside and... Um... I don't know..." Your cheeks had a small tint of pink. "Yukine-kun? Are you alright?" You cup his face.

He's blushing madly and avoiding eye contact, "Look... (Y/n), I've missed you a lot. But... I mean... Don't you want to just talk? You know, get to know about what's been happening throughout lost time?"

You smiled nodding, "Okay! Let's go to the garden! There's a special bench there~" you winked. That was the bench where you both first confessed to each other. A sweet moment.

He smiled warmly at the memory.

Arriving at the flowery area, Yukine was first to sit down and pulled you into his lap. He wrapped his arms around your waist so you would stay put. His face rested on the side you your neck. "Y-yukine..." You mumbled shyly, he was always successful in making you feel this way, especially when you two were alone.
