Chapter 4 Meeting everyone

Bella's pov

When Rick and I walked in everyone stared at me I felt very self conscious since I wasn't really used to all of the attention. I just looked towards the ground not wanting to meet anyone's stare.

My nose didn't feel like it was bleeding anymore so I pulled the rag away to reveal only dried blood but I knew there was blood on my face I could feel it.

"Alright everyone this is Bella Pritchard she was best friends with Carl before this all started and she killed the governor for us" Rick said giving me a pat on the back then he walked off into another room so I just stood there not knowing what to do, then an older petite woman probably in her late forties came to me from what looked like a kitchen and she had short gray hair.

"Hi I'm Carol let me show you to your cell and I just want to thank you so much for killing the governor he has always tried to take over this prison even if that meant that he would have to destroy it" Carol said.

Oh uh your welcome but he kinda kidnapped me when I was in the woods thinking, oh and thanks for bringing me to this cell I said since we were right outside of a cell then I walked inside with her following me.

As I walked inside I was hit with the all too familiar scent of a corpse, there was no walker body inside of the cell but I knew that there was when they cleared this cell block out.

"Oh honey your welcome and there is some food if you want some it's just deer that Daryl hunted and then you can meet everyone else" she said sweetly I smiled at her then she walked out of my cell.

I kinda want to meet this Daryl guy since I keep hearing his name. This cell wasn't the best thing but hey at least I have a bed. I sorta felt like an animal sleeping in here. I looked at my surroundings there was a bunk bed, the walls were gray and a small toilet was in the corner of the cell but other then that, that's pretty much it.

I set my bag down on the bed and walk limped out of the cell to where a few other people were. The Korean man and the tall brunette came over to me holding hands I figured they were together.

The brunette looked sympathetic I smiled because I haven't been around people in forever so this might be a little awkward.

"Hi I'm Glenn and this is Maggie welcome to the prison and thanks for killing the governor" Glenn said he glanced at my nose for a second then I realize that I should probably wash off my face.

"Yeah we really appreciate it" Maggie said then she came over to me and gave me a hug then her and Glenn both walked off into a cell. I quickly went back to my cell and took out the baby wipes I had in my bag then I grabbed a small mirror and started to clean off my face.

Once I was done with that I felt so much better then I walked limped back out of my cell when I saw the same blonde girl from earlier holding onto a baby coming towards me.

"Hi I'm Beth and this is Judith" she said smiling at me.

Aww is she yours she's so cute and she looks a lot like Lori. Oh and where is Lori I need to tell her so much I asked Beth.

I glanced up from Judith to see Beth her expression changed she looked quite pained then I remembered earlier Rick had that same pained face then I put two and two together and that's when my heart started beating faster please god tell me Lori is ok.

"Oh uh no she was lori's we got overrun one day and she had to have a c section but my daddy wasn't with her at the time and she didn't make it I'm sorry" Beth said sadly looking towards the ground.
