Bella's pov

I strained my ears to listen to Rick and Daryl's conversation.

"Here" I heard Daryl's gruff voice say.

"No save it for drinking" Rick said denying whatever it was, most likely water.

"Ye can't see yourself, they can" Daryl said then everything was muffled as I felt the tears come to my eyes. Arms wrapped around me but I flinched away. I turned and saw Carl, I crawled over to him and wrapped my self up in his arms. I knew I was safe in his arms. He rubbed my back and gave me head kisses.

Carl he started to kiss me, I think he was gonna r-rape me I said nuzzling myself into his arms more. He squeezed me tighter.

"It's ok I'm here now, he can't hurt you anymore" Carl said. I sat up and looked at him. He leaned in and gave me a short but sweet kiss on the lips.

"You two are so cute together" Michonne said with a smile. I felt a blush make its way to my cheeks. We got out of the truck and started walking again. I was dragging behind as the others were all ahead. Daryl slowed down and started to walk with me.

"How ye holdin' up?" He asked. I shrugged my shoulders.

Fine I guess I said looking towards the ground. Daryl stopped and stopped me. I turned to look at him. Rick saw us and made the others stop.

"Hey Michonne killed him, he won't touch you again. When I was with those guys I didn't know what they were, but if I hadn't of went with them I wouldn't of found ye" Daryl said.

I'm glad you found us, I didn't think we'd ever find you or anyone I said. I saw a ghost of a smile come across his features then we turned and started walking again. I saw something in the distance it almost looked to be a sign. As we got closer my heart skipped a beat. In blood was written,

'Glenn go to terminus Maggie Sasha bob' beside that was a terminus sign,
'For those who arrive, survive terminus'

I don't really know if I want to trust this guys, but it's probably our only hope, besides if Maggie, Sasha, and Bob are together, Glenn could've seen this with some other people and made it there, it looks pretty fresh to I said. They all nodded and we began to walk along the train tracks again. After a while of following the tracks Rick decided that we walk through the woods. Terminus came into view.

"Alright put your extra guns in here and we'll come back for it if this place isn't what we thought it was" Rick said after digging a hole in the ground. I put my two guns, and machete inside. Daryl put his gun inside, Rick took his machete and extra gun putting it inside of the bag, Carl put one of his guns inside, and Michonne put her gun inside. Rick covered the bag up and put the shovel behind a tree.

"Carl, you want to come with me?" Rick asked.

"No, I'm gonna go with Michonne" he replied. Michonne and Carl walked away talking quietly. Ever since last night with Rick stabbing that guy they haven't been the same. I walked away by myself. I kept my gaze to the ground looking for any animal tracks. I didn't see any but what caught my eye were human footprints. I whistled Rick and Daryl over.

These are human tracks either people were trying to get in or they were trying to escape, but by the looks of it they were trying to escape I said pointing out the tracks.

"Yea you're right, maybe this place isn't what we thought" Rick said thinking it over. We walked back over to where we buried the bag to find that Michonne and Carl were waiting for us.

"Alright we'll go in the back so let's climb the fence" Rick instructed. Michonne went over first, then Carl, me, Daryl, and Rick. I got my crossbow in position as we walked to a back door. Rick opened the door, Daryl went in first then Michonne, Carl, me and Rick.

As I walked in I noticed that a few people were painting new terminus signs, and a woman was in a chair saying things into a radio.

"Terminus for all those who arrive survive" she said. Rick cleared his throat getting everyone's attention.

"Well I bet Albert is on perimeter watch" some guy said putting his paint brush down.

"You came through the back smart" he said glancing in my direction.

"We wanted to see you before you saw us" Rick replied

"Well I'm Gareth and we usually do this at the front but welcome to terminus" he said holding his arms out.

"I'm Rick, and that's Michonne, Carl, Daryl, and Bella" Rick said looking to us as he said our names. Gareth kept his gaze fixed only on me making me feel very uncomfortable, so I looked towards the ground to avoid his stare.

"We're gonna need to check you so lay your weapons down in front of you" Gareth said. I looked at Rick to see he was doing so. I didn't put my crossbow down something just didn't seem right here.

"Bella put your crossbow down" Daryl said. I looked at him biting the inside of my cheek. I reluctantly agreed and set it on the ground in front of me. I kept the knife in my boot keeping it there just in case. The guy checked Rick first, and went down the line till he got to Daryl. He stiffened at the touch, he probably didn't have the best childhood either.

He came over to me and patted me, I became stiff as he did so.

"Don't worry, I'm not like that" he said. I nodded and let him quickly finish up. He grabbed my crossbow from the ground and gave it to me. As he bent down to get Daryl's he bent down and got it before he could touch it. I smiled a little at that.

"Let's get you something to eat" he said so we followed him.
