-4 Islands-49 Days till Prefectural-
"Do you live around here, N/N-chan?" Nagisa questioned as Haru and himself were waiting on Makoto and Rei to get ready for their swimming practice for the day.
Y/N rubbed her forehead, as if trying to remember, before shaking her head.
"Do you know where you live then?" Nagisa then asked.
Y/N tapped her chin, before crouching in the sand and writing 'Iwatobi' with her index finger.
"Iwatobi!?" Nagisa asked, his pinkish red orbs widening, an odd sparkle shining in them as he grabbed Y/N's hands, pulling them close to his chest and locking his eyes with her own (E/C) ones.
Y/N nodded quickly, a look of excitement on her face at the familiar word.
"Did you hear that, Haru-chan?! N/N-chan is from Iwatobi too!" Nagisa beamed, turning his head to face the usually stolid male.
"I heard." Haru nodded, though it didn't seem like he was really paying attention as he stared at the ocean. "And drop the '-chan'." He then added, almost as an after thought.
Y/N tilted her head, almost looking like a confused puppy as she noticed how Haru looked like he longed to be in the water.
"Rei-chan! Mako-chan!" Nagisa's sudden shouted caused the (H/C) to turn her attention back on the blonde, watching as he waved frantically as the other two males walked over.
"Y/N-san, Kou-chan said that you should hurry up for your shopping trip." Makoto smiled kindly as soon as himself and Rei were standing with the female and the other two males.
Y/N smiled happily at the olive haired male and bowed, causing him to blush slightly, then she waved to the others and quickly ran to the area that Gou and Ms. Amakata told her to meet them at.

-Dinner-
'Where are the boys?' Y/N wrote, using a notebook that Ms. Amakata had offered to buy her while they were out shopping for a few things needed, and then showing it to the other two females.
"Probably swimming still." Ms. Amakata commented, staring at the frozen pizza with an unhappy look.
"Or they're trying to get Haru-kun out of the water." Gou laughed.
Y/N tilted her head in a confused manner.
'Does Haru-kun like the water?' She asked, obviously by writing it down.
"Like is not a word I'd describe for his obsession for the water." Ms. Amakata sighed, as if exhausted with just the thought of Haru's unnatural love for the water.
A blink was Y/N's only reply, before she glanced over the fence of the place where they were supposed to eat, and her eyes suddenly brightened at the sight of four shadows rushing across the sand and up the steps to the deck that the three girls were waiting on.
"Sorry we're late, we couldn't get Haru out of the water." Makoto explained as the four males got their own pizzas and sat at the picnic table.
"We thought as much." Gou sighed, though sent Y/N a grin as if saying 'I told you so', causing the (H/C) to silently giggle.

"Hmm...So, if you live in Iwatobi, then how come we've never seen you before?" Rei questioned.
The pizzas had been consumed, and the boys had changed out of their swimwear into, what Y/N was told, their Pajamas.
Now that everyone was settled down and full, it seemed that it was 101 Questions for Y/N.
Y/N scrunched her eyebrows together in a thoughtful manner, before her expression brightened.
'I've never gone to school, if that's what you meant.' She said.
"Eh!? You've ever gone to school?!" Everyone shouted in sync, surprised.
Y/N smiled cheerfully as she nodded, obviously not seeing the problem, as she shook her head.
"Where'd you learn to write then?" Ms. Amakata questioned.
Y/N tapped the eraser end of the pencil against her chin, before writing in the notebook.
'I had a friend who taught me how to write the alphabet and sound out words. I've practiced on and off since then.' Y/N smiled sheepishly at the group.
"What about your parents? Did they at least home school you?" Gou questioned.
Y/N shook her head.
'My mother died when I was younger, and my father was always too busy. I had a personal teacher named Awa, but she didn't really teach me what normal schools do.' Y/N quickly wrote, before showing the others.

-Next Day-Iwatobi-48 Days till Prefectural-
The Swim Club offered to take Y/N back to Iwatobi, since they couldn't find Awa, who Y/N had told them was here with her before she went swimming.
Captain Sasabe was more than surprised when the pretty (H/C) got onto the ship.
"You....You look awfully familiar." The blonde man said as he looked at Y/N with an odd gaze.
"Don't tell me you're flirting with her now, that's just creepy." Gou said in a blunt tone, causing the older male to turn and try defending himself.
Eventually, though, the group got back to the ports of Iwatobi.
Y/N softly patted Rei's back, as it seemed he got a bit seasick on boats.
"Ugh, this is so not beautiful." Rei, embarrassed, groaned.
Y/N couldn't help but to smile.
"L/N-San, do you know how to get to your home from here?" Ms. Amakata's voice caused the (H/C) to look at said woman.
Y/N glanced back out at the ocean and hesitantly nodded.
"Wonderful! Well I better get going, get home safe everyone!" The brunette waved cheerfully, before getting in her tiny pink car.
It seems to fit her. Y/N thought as she watched the vehicle drive away.
"We should probably get to the train station then, if we want to get home before dark."
Everyone, other than Y/N, nodded in agreement.
"Y/N-chan, do you take the train home?" Gou questioned.
Y/N smiled softly and shook her head, and pointing to the right, where the Iwatobi beach was, before she opened her notebook and quickly scribbled.
'I live in one of the buildings over there.'
"Oh, what a coincidence, we live there too. Would you like us to walk you home?" Makoto offered, sending Y/N a warm smile.
Y/N reluctantly nodded, and that was when the group split- Gou, Nagisa, and Rei to the train station, and the other three down the beach.
"It's kind of funny that you live around here and we've never seen you before." Makoto laughed softly.
Y/N nodded, though shamefully she changed her gaze to look at the ocean.
These people are so nice and generous, so why am I lying to them?
Y/N suddenly stopped walking, and as soon as the two males noticed, they stopped as well and turned to look at her, obviously a bit worried for this girl that they literally just met.
Tears began to form in Y/N's eyes and she crouched on the ground.
"Y/N." A calm voice said, causing her to glance up into sea blue eyes.
"You don't live near here, do you?" Haru asked.
Looking at the ground, Y/N shook her head.
"Where do you live then?" Makoto asked, looking at her in confusion and concern.
The two were then surprised when Y/N pointed at the ocean.
