A year later
Here I am. In Canada. Where no one can find me. Life is easy here. Better than before.
I made a friend too. Her name is Gigi. Short for Gianna Sims. She has long, silky blonde hair and is very pretty.
My door was swung open with an excited looking Gigi. I groaned. Ever since I gave Gigi a spare key to my apartment, she's been coming in my home for days without permission.
"Get up, lazy butt! We gotta go shopping! Girls day today, remember?" I stared at her.
"Don't tell me you forgot about the girls day we planned," Gigi sighed with frustration.
"Sorry, Gi. I had things on my mind." Gigi came over and sat next to me. "Thinking about it?" I nodded.
She meant my life back in Cali. I always thought about how I was called fat and ugly.
Only now, I've changed. My brown hair had become better than before. I lost weight even though I was never fat. Just needed the right clothes. My skin was clear and was healthy as ever.
A new and accomplished me. The thing that worried me was that me and Gigi were leaving for Cali tomorrow. She somehow convinced me to go back there. Only now, she's gonna live next door to my apartment and we'll walk to school everyday.
She told me to woman up and go back there to kick some butt. Especially Cassandra. I can still imagine her with eyeshadow, layers of foundation and kissy, fake lips.
Medusa, with dyed blonde hair and killer pumps.
"Well, let's go shopping. We can relax and get some stuff for our girls day tonight." She sighed. "Our last day in Vancouver. Sad, isn't it?"
I nodded. "But it'll be fun. I'll be kicking some butt."
Josh
I woke up to the stinking smell of perfume. I coughed out loud, trying to get the stink out of my system. Cassandra was laying on my bed, the stench of perfume everywhere in my room.
I'm too lightheaded and tired for this. I shook her up.
"Mmm....I'm tired. I'll hang with you in a bit, Bryce. I love you," she mumbled.
I dragged her out of bed and she instantly woke up. "Baby, what's wrong? That hurt!"
"Get the hell out," I spat.
I threw her clothes at her and when she stormed out crying.
Emily
"Wake up!"
I screamed out loud as Gigi jumped on top of me while I was sleeping.
"What the heck? That hurt!" I groaned.
"Get. Up. Now. It's time to head to the airport! You don't wanna miss the flight, do you?"
I shot up and quickly went to take a shower.
I'm coming back for good.
