Persephone lay sprawled across a cold metal table. Bound and gagged by those who had taken her prisoner. It appeared not even her eyes were spared as they too were covered by a blindfold. She felt helpless, with no other senses but her hearing. Which surprisingly was not Persephone's strongest sense. Yet she was forced to rely on it. Along with her own silent prayers to the Gods. Or anyone who would dare to answer her. Persephone dared to dream,to hope that someone. Anyone would be willing to save her from this fate. For she knew if it was The Order or the Crown. The punishment for treason was death. She only hoped it would be a quick and painless death. Persephone was ready, she knew since she was young that death would be upon her at any given moment. But as of late she was not too sure. Did she want to die for someone else's beliefs? Or did she want to live? Live her own life free of the chains that bound her to The Order or this accursed Geass she held.

Closing her eyes for a moment Persephone couldn't help but to believe. To believe that maybe just maybe she would be delivered from this terrible fate. She didn't want to die. She wanted to livd. She wanted to live a life of her own choosing. But why? It was then the image of Prince Castiel made itself known to her. And for a moment Persephone could feel her heart skip a beat. Why did gazing upon him make her feel so eratic? Why did the mere thought of his touch make Persephone's flesh feel as if it was aflame.

What was so special about him? He was just an ordinary man wasn't he? No he wasnt. He was a man that sent Persephone's heart aflutter and her mind blank. He was special. Castiel was special. And perhaps even special to her. It was then that Persephone realized she did not want to live just for her, but for him. She wanted to see what kind of man he would become. How he would rise to power. And most of all she wanted to be at his side. No matter if the Order wanted her head. She simply wanted him more. And would fight Death himself for him.

Persephone blinked away her oncoming tears before hearing the sound of a rickety door open and close leading to her cell. Her blood immediately began to run cold as she swallowed the lump in her throat. Someone had come to end her life. A life that truly had just begun. No. She would fight. Whoever this person was she would fight them off. And rush to his side. This she promised. Soon Persephone's fear was replaced with determination as she felt the gag in her mouth lossen. Honestly she hadn't realized how dry her mouth was.

It was so dry in fact Persephone was not too sure she would even be able gel scream if she wanted to. She also felt the chains that bound her begin to lossen, and that was when she chose to act. Relying on mere touch and hearing Persephone attacked. Using the loosened chains around her wrists as weapons. While whipping them around her to force the other person in the room at bay. "W-Wait! Persephone!"Called out the voice which forced Persephone to immediately stop her attacking. She knew this voice. She knew it all too well.

In fact she craved to hear it,more than anything in the world. Slowly Persephone tore the blindfold from her eyes,to meet the handsome gaze of Prince Castiel. The mere sight of him was enough ti send her heart aflutter. He had came, just as he had promised her. Slowly Persephone dropped the heavy chains onto the cold floor before being swept up into the arms of Prince Castiel who could no longer hold back his joy to see her. He wanted to tell her how worried he was with her absent? How he struggled to convince his mother of letting her live.

But there was plenty of time for that. For now,the young prince held the tempting Persephone in his arms. Promising her that he would never let her go. And she believed him. She trusted him. More than se had ever trusted anyone. But would the Empress learn to trust her,and C2? And what of Suzaku? As Persephone worried about the people in Castiel's immediate circle becoming a threat. There were more threats forming. One that wanted nothing more than to see her dead on the floor. And Castiel in this greedy woman's arms. In truth this new threat may prove too much for even Castiel. But Persephone prayer she would be allowed to remain by his side. And aid him in his quest for victory.
