Korra cried out loudly, tears rushing down her cheeks in waves. She had went out after her shower to pick up something for her and Asami to eat, but had been caught in a dark alley way.

Her captor had forced himself on her, and her closed were ripped. Bruises formed in dark patches, painting her skin purple and blue. A knife was pressed to her throat to keep her moving as he continued to force himself on her, his jeans down below his waist.

Korra cried out again, perspiration dripping down her hair line. He threw her to the ground when he was done carelessly, a dark smirk curling his lips.

"Good thing for me that you're so weak. You're easy to take advantage of."

"Yeah, but I'm not."

The man turned, and Asami's fist connected with his jaw. He shook his head, flinging his leg out aiming it for the mechanics stomach. She easily dodged the attack, ducking underneath his leg and gripped it.

She flipped him sideways, cracking his frame against the cement wall. He fell with a sickening thud, the smell of blood filling Korra's nose.

She groaned as Asami and the man continued to fight, and sat straight up when a blood curling scream ripped through the grunts.

Asami lay on the ground, a pool of blood quickly darkening around her. He had stabbed her below her ribs and shoved the knife upwards, ripping the skin. The mechanic was unconscious, and her face was contorted in pain.

Korra stood with the rest of the strength she had, and with an angry growl she tackled the man, using the knife he had and slashed his throat. She rose slowly, getting over to Asami.

She picked the green eyed girl up gently and held her close, starting the walk to the nearest hospital. She felt her clothes become warm with Asami's blood. She knew her clothes would be completely soaked.

When she entered the hospital, people rushed to take the older mechanic out of her arms, and they led her to her own room. She fought against their arms, Not wanting to be touched and was put under into the dark waves of unconsciousness.

Kya ran a hand through her dark brown hair and sighed, her bright blue eyes filled with tears that spilled over her cheeks as she held Asami's hand. The girl was weak and pale, and hooked up to machines that would do her breathing for her. The wound had been deep, and punctured one of her lungs. While it could be fatal, Korra had gotten the mechanic to the hospital in enough time where they could patch it, since it was only a small mark.

Lin sat with Korra, holding her hand. She watched Bolin pace back and fourth across the room, his nerves getting the better of him. She got up, trying to pull him close but he roughly pushed her away and left the room in a rush. She ran her hands through her short black hair, and sat back down with Korra.

Korra opened her eyes slowly, her vision blurry. Her head pounded and her muscles felt heavy. Every part of her body ached from being gripped and pushed.

Lin leaned over her, smiling slightly. She brushed a hand over the younger girls head.

"Don't scare me like that kid."

When Korra spoke, her voice came out small and ragged.

"Where's Asami? Is she gonna be alright?"

Lin hesitated, and she watched as the younger girls eyes grew wide. She held Korra down when she tried to struggle and move.

"Stop Korra, you're already hurt enough. Hurting yourself more isn't gonna do any good, and Asami is gonna need you more than anything when she wakes up."
