She could tell Mulder was jealous. Mulder was so awkward and that look Marks gave her. Marks was almost mad. It was only a date. The first one to be exact. He asked and she said yes.
They had gone to the Cheese Cake factory that had just opened.
He was nice but he didn't understand everything she had seen. She obviously didn't tell him but she even hinted and he seemed shocked.

Back at the office the next day everything was normal. Nothing new. Until they were walking down the hallway. Mulder then Scully and Marks was in the office looking at the files as usual. Then a fire burst out from the office as they were walking into Skinners office. Mulder and her ran to the office. Marks was no where in sight and the door to the office was locked. Mulder tried to beat the door down and after several hits he broke through. She ran in to see Marks fainted on the ground she pulled her out and sat her on the ground. Marks stood up and stopped her. "It's not a real fire, it's an hallucination!"
"What?" She looked at Marks to see her face bleeding from her nose and ears. She touched Marks face.
"It's an hallucination. Some man walked in and threw a bottle full of gas that's doing this. I saw the office exploding and I see you dying. I see Mulder being beaten. We just need to flush out our eyes or something! MULDER!!"
Mulder walked over in shock. Obviously he saw something happening to them. All three of them were in shock.
Marks explained it to Mulder and they all went outside. Marks and Mulder fell to their knees holding their heads. She soon found her head pounding and piercing pain.
All she heard was a ambulance siren.
