Is it too late to post a chapter?

I hope not. I mean, I did promise I was going to upload again today, right? It has been a boring one at that but I swear I don't mean it to be one. I just need for it to be in a realistic way...Nothing is always action-filled or rather drama-filled in life.

If we had those things then, that's kind of sad.

Oh, check out the photo that I have on the side... from top left and then clockwise (Monica, Natalie, Spencer, & Kyle)

My facebook external link is also on the side...like it if you want to.

If you're reading this, you have already read the Have We Met?

I just wanna remind you that I have that story up for the Watty Awards. I don't think it's gonna get to the second round but if you haven't done so, do leave me comments on it as well as votes, perhaps on the chapters that you liked?

With this one, I want to receive a few comments... something better than "Upload Soon"

Tell me about your weekend or something. I will leave the voting and fanning up to you! I always love receiving comments over votes or fans. If you are already one or have already voted... THANK YOU!

Happy reading!

Chapter 14teen

*Natalie*

After the hour flight, I shot up from my seat once my seatbelt was unbuckled. I couldn’t stand fake people and Monica St. James is a prime example of faux. The idiot is not that funny to make her cackle like she would piss her pants every time he says something that was supposedly construed as funny.

Come to think of it, she did use the bathroom a lot the whole time we were airborne. That or she might have some kind of urinary tract infection of some kind. I shuddered at the thought of it being contagious.

Smoothly, Spencer took my bag from my right with his right hand and wrapped his left arm around my waist at the same time. I leaned my head on his shoulder and felt his lips kissing my temple.

“Are you alright?” He asked as we made our way to the jet that’s taking us to Paris. I nodded my head

“Yeah I’m fine. I guess I’m just getting a headache, you know?”I said quietly in which I received a rub on the shoulder in return from Spence.

“Take it easy then Lia” Spence said showing a smile that could melt an iceberg in Antarctica.

Lia. Figures. For some reason men around me tend to make up nicknames like it’s running out of style. He called me Lia since after the kiss we shared in my guest bedroom that I stayed in San Sebastian. He said that he wants to at least have something only he calls me by. Unoriginal, yes. Unheard of, no.

Once the four of us - yes, Monica is still tagging along - were settled on the jet, we were served drinks. Headache or no, I downed two glasses of straight vodka before the plane even hit the right altitude. Ah, 80% proof could not only numb my senses but I guess it can also distract me from the two lovey-dovey tag-along duo sitting adjacent from me.

This whole Kyle and Monica dating (yes, Monica spilled the beans, and Kyle didn’t object to it) is unnerving. The whole flight from San Sebastian was spent with Monica talking our ears off how cool it is to own a private jet let alone have tons of money. Hey, those were her words not mine! She was in awe when she found out that Nate had freed up the jet that we were boarding to Paris.
