Akala ko matutuwa si AJ sa gagawin ko. Akala ko, what I did was the best for us. Akala ko, it'll be a turning point for us. I thought.. finally, she'll consider me a possible man to be in her life. Damn! Kung kailan ko inakala na I can be this serious for a girl, saka naman hindi pwede. Ya'know, I thought what's between us is something.. special.

But, I guess I was wrong. She didn't like what I did. I only made her cry. Napatawa ako ng pagak sa iniisip ko. Sa tingin ko, wala na akong maaring gawing tama. I'm a big mistake. And, when you're a mistake, you'll never be the right one to a woman you really like. As in, like, like.

That realization shoot through me. I won't be the right man ever. For any girl. For any woman. For AJ. I maybe a successful man, tagged as an eligible bachelor but not a happy man.

Because when I realized that I can be serious for a special woman. For the right woman. I ended up lacking. I ended up not being the right man. And, I think the timing wasn't right.

Inilayo ko ang sarili ko kay AJ and looked right into her eyes, I smiled bitterly, "I guess your emotions showed it all." I said.

She showed a confused look, "What do you mean?"

I sighed heavily, "Based on your reaction, you didn't like what I did. And, most probably, you don't like me Babe.. Even though I like you, I won't force myself to you."

"Yeah. I didn't really liked it Cev." She said.

Did she really have to say it? I thought I am the most insensitive specie that walked on earth. But, AJ can beat me to it. I looked down.

Tuwang tuwa ako ng makita ko si Cev sa doorstep ko. Minutes ago I was dreaming for something like this. Kaso, hindi ko naishow ng maayos yung emotions ko kaya napangawa na lang ako. I can be this emotional pala. I mentally laughed at myself for being soo OA.

Naguluhan ako nung makita kong lumungkot ang mukha ni Cev. Bakit kaya? Nagulat ako sa sinabi niya, "I guess your emotions showed it all." He said.

Mas lalo pa kong naaguluhan sa binitiwan niyang salita. So, I asked him, "What do you mean?" And then when he sighed, nabuhayan ang loob ko. Posible kayang lumungkot siya dahil akala niyang hindi ko nagustuhan yung surpresa niya.

Posible kaya ang future with him? When he answered this, "Based on your reaction, you didn't like what I did. And, most probably, you don't like me Babe.. Even though I like you, I won't force myself to you."

Nag happy dance ang kalooban ko, ang puso ko ay tumalon mula sa Mount Everest patungong Philippine Deep, sa sobra kong katuwaan, seriously?!?

Kaya napagdesisyonan ko na, why don't I play with him a little? "Yeah. I didn't really liked it Cev." Saad ko.

He looked down. Medyo nahulog ang shoulders niya. He really looked very deafeated. "Kasi, Cev..." Panimula ko.
