Colonel Kellson took point in front of the twenty-five officers and enlisted in Captain Evans’ twenty officer Infantry Assault Patrol and proceeded down the bridge access corridor like a hunter tracking an animal in the forest.

     After a minute, he noticed ten Alacasian Federal Military officers and enlisted change direction and head towards the aft section of the Anacoda.

   “Looks like they boarded via the airlocks and have branched out from the midship corridor here.” Colonel Kellson said in a low voice as he brought up the internal view of the Anacoda that showed everyone onboard. “This group very close to our position could make their way to the docking bay. Evans, I want five people to fall back and intercept this group as they come up the central corridor.”

    The moment Colonel Kellson said this, five enlisted personnel in the rear turned around and backtracked towards the bow of the Anacoda while the rest of Evan’s Infantry Assault Patrol took defensive positions near the starboard airlock corridor access junction.

 Laser fire was soon exchanged between twenty-five to thirty Alcasian Federal Military officers and enlisted and Captain Evan’s Infantry Assault Patrol led by Colonel Kellson who proceeded to snipe several enemy soldiers in the head from a crouched position which instantly killed them. Captain Evans laid down heavy supression fire at the twenty Alcasian Federal Military officers and enlisted which killed or injured half of them.

     Outside of Anacoda’s engineering section, 100 Alcasian Republic Military officers and enlisted who had been in their crew qaurters had also taken up defensive positions and managed to pick off quite a few Alcasian Federal Military forces who attempted to reach engineering.

     Back on Anacoda’s Bridge, Lieutenant Thomas continued to attack and destroy wave after wave of Alacasian Federal Military shuttles and transports that flew towards the Anacoda in various attack patterns.

    “Thomas, target the eight starships at bearing Three-Five-Four, Three-Four-Niner, Three-Four-Zero, Three-Three-Seven, Three-Three-Five, Three-Three-Zero, Two-Niner-Five, and Two-Niner-Two.” Captain Thomas Branns ordered Lieutenant Thomas as he was currently the ranking officer on Anacoda’s bridge.

     Lieutenant Thomas locked weapons on the eight Alcasian Federal Military starships off the port bow of the Anacoda and fired a barrage of missiles and torpedeos which managed to destroy six of the vessels. The other two starships however were severely damaged.

     Meanwhile in the docking bay corridor, Sargeant Major Evans, Corpral Brians, Private Kellsan, Sargeant Killsan, and Private First Class Hendersan crouched down with their blaster rifles ready to fire as five Alcasian Federal Military officers and fifteen enlisted personnel slowly made their way ever closer. Sargeant Major Evans aligned the sight on his blaster rifle and fired several pulsated laser bursts at one of the Alcasian Federal Military officers which impacted his chest and killed him. Over to his right, Corpral Brians fired several pulsated laser blasts at the Alcasian Federal Military personnel who continued their approach and managed to kill eight of them. At the same time, Private Kellsan took out another six Alcasian Federal Military enlisted personnel.

    Near the Starboard Airlock Corridor Access Junction, Colonel Kellson, Captain Evans and the other twenty Alcasian Republic Military enlisted personnel with them proceeded to pick off the remainder of the Alcasian Federal Military officers and enlisted who continued to exchange fire with them.

     Captain Evans looked around the corner with his blaster rifle ready to fire as another group made their way towards the bow of the Anacoda.
