*******From Esgar's Eyes******

Esgar was smitten. Which scared him. As the Prince of Avaron, he had the choice of every woman in the kingdom. And even though the women themselves wouldn't have a choice if he chose to marry them, considering his amazingly good looks, they would want to have him anyways.

A Prince in Shining Armor, every woman's dreams right?

Yet he never fell in love before, he just didn't feel like any of it was real when every girl wanted him.

But this girl, Miyoko, her odd exotic name, her beauty, her powerful untamable attitude, it had him held in her clutches tighter then the grip of her claws when she was Rek'Sai.

Rek'Sai, the Void Borrower, stories had only begun to surface in the recent month of this newcomer to the Summoners.  An powerful monster that lurked beneath the earth, ambushing prey and striking fear with it's sheer physical superiority. Along with the legend of Darius, Rek'Sai always held a special place in Esgar's heart.

Yes, Esgar was a sucker for Summoners.. they didn't scare him like they did the rest of the kingdom's citizens, they thrilled him. Powers of magical might, monstrous proportions, champions that could each take on entire armies. Esgar didn't wish to fear them, he wished to use them.. these people shouldn't be feared and hated, they should be used for the good of the kingdom.. controlled.

Esgar wasn't out to make friends. They were tools. He himself was just like his father, he blamed the Summoners for the death of his mother.. Cho'Gath had taken so much that night.. and because of that, he never thought he would ever think of a Summoner the same way he thought of a normal human being.. that was.. until he saw Miyoko.

Never-mind that she had a twin sister.. it wasn't just looks that held his eye, though granted Miyoko was stunning. Her warrior's spirit, her unwillingness to fall for him and her boldness at screaming in his face without fear of execution for insubordination.. it was.. intoxicating. And she was much more athletically fit then her sister.. strong, yet petite.. a combination of vulnerability and boldness.

Esgar was shaken from his thoughts by the sound of trumpets.. he was walking towards a massive drawbridge, over 20 stories high.. and trumpets were blaring, declaring his return in a sound of glory. ahh that noise.. it was nostalgic.. how his father would return from wars to the sound of those same trumpets, and he a small boy at the time, would hurry down to the courtyard in hopes of meeting his father as he rode upon his horse.

And now he returned, not bringing boons of war, but two incredible warriors, now conquered, and obedient to his will... well.. almost..

Miyoko started pulling back, fury etched on her face, as Esgar's men tried to force her to the lowering drawbridge.

"I AM NOBODY'S SLAVE!!" Miyoko growled. "GET OFF OF ME!!!"

One soldier raised a hand to hit Miyoko, but Stephanie jumped in between them. "NO!! Stop!!"

"A slave who doesn't act like a slave needs to be disciplined." said the soldier. "Will you be disciplined in her stead?"

"No.. she won't." Esgar was surprised by the meekness in Miyoko's voice.

Miyoko bowed respectfully. "I apologize for my rudeness, please.. don't hurt my sister."

"M-Miyo.." Stephanie said.

It must have been painful for that girl to admit any sort of defeat. But it provided Esgar with an advantage.. so the way to control the might of Rek'Sai was through her sister, the Dragon Woman Shyvanna.

As soon as the Esgar stepped into the massive city.. he was met by streamers and yells of cheer and awe..

Miyoko stared up with incredulity at the towering buildings of gold, the massive fountains.. a city that could only be described in the greatest of legends and lore.
