"We're going camping!" Wes exclaimed excitedly.
"I think we've already established that," I said sardonically. "Now care to tell us why?"
"To celebrate the end of the Medea essay?" he offered.
Eli sighed when Jordan cut in.
"I've just learnt to go along with it," Jordan shook his head at us.
"Camping it is," Eli said, cheering weakly.
"Come on! It'll be fun!" Wes said excitedly. "There's this awesome place down by the creek with a lake island!"
Just then the bell rang and we went to our respective classes.
"We'll discuss this later," I threateningly tapped my forefinger into Wes' chest. We went off our separate ways with Jordan and Wes off to Physics while Eli and I to Biology class.
"He's just a crazy guy with too much time on his hands," I shrugged at Eli's questioning look.
"Unpredictable," she contributed.
"Unbearable," I put in.
"But unbearably hot," she smirked at me slyly, nudging me.
"Nothing happened, if that's what you're wondering," I laughed.
"But you look brighter, happier," she said, pouting.
I poked her cheek, "That's called having fun. You don't need sexual intimacy to make you happy, you know."
"Aha, so you do admit you're happy and had fun with him!" she grinned.
"No!" I defended. She raised an eyebrow at me, giving me a disbelieving look. We walked into the classroom, taking our seats.
"Okay, I had fun. That's because Wes knows how to do things that are fun," I said in defeat.
She nudged me, smirking. I rolled my eyes at her, smiling.
"Not that kind of fun," I said. Why did everyone keep thinking that? Damn, dirty-minded hormone-fueled teens. "Like, we sang at a park, in front of everyone, willingly. He wasn't trying to impress me, or get something out of me. He just wanted to have a good time and relax."
"Huh," she said, looking at me intently.
"What?" I asked, suddenly self-conscious, patting my hair over my face. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing," she said quietly. "Nothing's wrong."
"Then?" I asked, my eyebrows pulling up in confusion.
She smiled at me sideways, "I'm just glad to have my old Kitty back."
I looked down at the desk, shocked from her words, before looking back up at her and smiling.
"Naww!" she cried out, flinging her arms around me.
"Okay, okay, enough with the love," I chuckled.

The bell rang, signalling the beginning of our Biology class. I departed from Eli after Biology, making my way towards Trig class.
"Kitty!" Wes called from behind me, hugging me with one arm from behind.
"What do you want?" I asked, shrugging him off.
"Why the cold treatment?" he pouted.
"Oh, right," I said, walking into class with him. "Perhaps I should save it for camp."
