Shiori pov:

"Huh?" I gave a look of absolute idiocy as I looked at Aizen san flabbergasted.

He wanted me to go for a visit to the human world? Was I hearing him right? I thought he said I'm a helper here and that I wouldn't be allowed to go back. Well, he hadn't exactly said that I can't go home. I assumed I wouldn't be allowed to go back especially since I knew Ichigo and a few people from Soul Society and he wouldn't want me to give out any information. Its not like I had got any information about anything here but why would he suddenly suggest something like this??

He chuckled softly before standing up and stopping a foot away from me. "Did you not hear what I asked, Shiori?"

"You want me to 'visit' the human world? Really?" I asked, making invisible quotes in the air with my fingers. He smiled amused, getting a playful glint in his eyes.

"Why do you sound so surprised, Shiori? I'm being considerate since you probably miss your family. You don't want to see them?" Now he sounded sort of mocking.

I twitched, smiling sheepishly. "A-ah well....I don't really have a family....but I do miss the other people I usually hang around with." I mumbled looking at the ground beside us.

"You don't have a family?" He asked suspiciously. When I looked at his face, I had to resist from cringing back at his narrow gaze.

"Well, my parents separated when I was younger and I haven't had contact with them for several years now. I guess my family wasn't really compatible." I shrugged with a smile.

"I see....so would you like to go?" He asked again.

I looked up at him, into his eyes. I was silent for a few moments debating on whether I should take up the offer or say no, assuming that I was some sort of trap. I didn't see any reason for him to want to trap me. Maybe he really was just being considerate. No harm in taking a visit to my home, right?

"I'll go." I said earning another smile from Aizen san.

"Aldous and Loly will accompany you to the human world. You may do as you please since they will be keeping an eye on you from a good distance. However, I hope you know not to tell Kurosaki Ichigo or any of the shinigami from Soul Society about you being here." There was obvious order in his voice. In a way, it showed that I had to follow the instructions strictly or else there would be serious repercussions to my faults.

I pressed my lips into a thin line. I didn't mind having to keep some secrets but the fact that Loly would be coming along to watch over me didn't seem very reassuring. Aldous was fine but an Arrancar who really hated me?

I closed my eyes letting out a deep sigh. It hurt my chest, the bruise in my stomach starting to sting again.

"Is something the matter, Shiori?" I looked up at Aizen san again when he spoke. He looked amused. He probably knew what had happened. He was finding it amusing at how I refused to take his help when I had these Arrancar after me.

Then again, since I was being pushed around like this, I thought that whatever power I had used or created in the Menos forest for self defense would trigger again. But it looks like Aizen san was right all long. There was probably just some sort of clash between my reiatsu and the reishi in the Menos forest. And I thought that I finally got some cool powers....bummer.

"Well actually...." I started to answer Aizen san's question while rubbing the back of my neck awkwardly. "I thought I'd take up your offer. Loly and Menoly have been giving me a hard time....so I'd like it if you could ask them to stop pushing me around." I mumbled out embarrassed. My cheeks were warm and I'm sure I turned a shade darker when Aizen san chuckled.
