Chapter 9

I woke up at exactly 11:00 in the afternoon. I'm really tired,dizzy,sad and dissapointed at the same time. I check my phone. I got 5 missed calls and 10 messages from Harry.

Hey,Sorry.

Please,talk to me,answer my call.

Good morning. Sorry about last night. Please talk to me.

Sapphire.Don't ignore me. Please don't go to ireland.stay here.

Ok,bye. Text me if you're not mad at me. I love you. Sorry again.

I texted Jade.

To:Jade

Hi.Are you free today?Come over here in my house.

She replied to me quickly.

From:Jade

Yeah I'm free. I'll go there at 4pm.

To:Jade

See ya.

I get up of my bed,brush my teeth,wash my face and comb my hair. I open my door and walk downstairs. My mom is preparing lunch.

'Hey sweetie' My mom smiled at me,as I sit on the couch.

'Hi mom. Just got home?' I ask her.

'No.I got home earlier at 5am. You know I have work later at 5pm.' She said from the kitchen.

I just open the television and watch movie. Mom gave me a tea as she sits beside me.

'Harry came earlier' She said. My jaw drops a little.

'And?' I look to her.

'He told me everything that happen last night' She said. I look up at her with a tear on my face. ' Its ok sapphire,don't worry. Losing your virginity at this age doesn't matter to me,just learn your limits. And about sam,forget about him sweetie. You deserve someone better and if you will ask me who it was I would say Its Harry' She said giving me a kiss on my forehead.

'Mom' I sigh. 

'I know. Go to your room now if you want to and rest' She said to me,I lean to her and hug her as I walk upstairs to my room.

I open my door,I grab my laptop,scroll through it,and I saw a picture of Sam and Christine again but this time I'm not hurt anymore. Do I move on already?Is it because of Harry?

Speaking of Harry. Megan told me that Harry came to her house and told her everything. She hates Harry now. She hates him a lot. Even me I hate what Harry did to me,but I don't hate him.

My phone rangs its Harry. I denied it,but he called again.The second call I already answer it. Here's the phone call convo.

Me:Hello?

Harry's phone:Sapphire its me Jade. I'm in Harry's flat.

Me:Why are you there?

Jade:He's in hangover. Megan called me that Harry needs help.

Me:Then,why did you call me?

Jade:He needs you here

Me:You can do it. He doesn't need me anymore. 

Jade:I know. Harry wants to tell you that He loves you and Sorry,and if you can talk to him.

Me:I'm busy,sorry. Don't go here later,just take care of Harry. And tell him to take care of himself.

Jade:Your voice,its like you're going far away?!

Me:I'm planning to go back to Ireland. See you tomorrow in school,bye.

I ended up the call. I'm so hurt about what Harry did to me. I decided to turn off my laptop and sleep again. I need lots of rests. I'm in pain since last night.

I woke up at 4:30pm.Mom is knocking on my door. I let her enter,and she sits beside me.

'Sweetie,I'm going now to work. Lock the doors ok? If you will go somewhere tonight just text me.' She said,I just nod.

'Hey,don't be mad at Harry ok?' She said again,I sat up,facing her.

'Why?' I asked.

'He's a nice guy.' She said,I just rolled my eyes.

'We met each other before,I'm walking home around 4am near the park,someone grab my bag,and its Harry who get my bag and beat the holdaper. He gives me a lift here in our house.' She explains.

I just hug her,and lay on my bed again. She stand up,walks out of my door and go to work.

I'm thankful to Harry for helping my mom. Its really nice of him. Yeah,Harry is a nice guy,but a jerk at times. 

I'm laying down in my bed,when my phone rangs. Its a call from Jade. I answered it quickly. Here's our convo.

Me:Hey?

Jade:I'm here in the mall with Megan. I already leaved Harry's house.

Me:Why did you leave him?

Jade:He told me to. And BTW you're in the loudspeaker.

Me:Its fine. How's Harry's condition?

Jade:He's drunk. He's sick. And he doesn't eat all day.

Me:So He's killing himself?

Megan:He deserve that.

Jade:Shut up Megan. Well,Sapphire he's so hurt.

Me:And?

Jade:He loves you so much. He keeps on telling me to text you every minute to check if you're ok. But of course I didn't do that. Because I don't want to bother you or something. But are you going to talk to him tomorrow in school?

Me:Of course I will.

Jade:Good. That's good. Ok,we need to go,and BTW its your birthday tomorrow right?

Me:Yeah.

Megan:We're going to buy you a birthday present.

Me:Thanks. Ammm Jade,Thanks for taking care of Harry today.

Megan:C'mon Sapphire,Harry is a womanizer. 

Me:No. He's nice.

Megan:Whatever.

Jade:Shut up Megan. And that's no problem Sapphire. We need to end the call now.Bye.

Me:Bye.

They ended the call. Its already night,I think I should eat already. But wait,I don't eat yet. But I'm not hugry. Ok,I decided to sleep already. I'm turning 19 tomorrow,I need to have a beauty sleep. I go to the bathroom,wash my face,brush my teeth,then go back to bed. I'm now ready to sleep. Goodnight,this is a long and boring day for me.
