Delun hissed as he peeled the bandage off his hip. It was a nasty color. "Damn." He clenched his teeth together. He pulled his dagger from his boot. It was on top of the old scar, the one he had gotten from his father. He scrapped his dagger across it. Feeling the pain, letting it drain onto the floor. He kicked his boots off. That damn Roman had to open the seven year wound.

He found a peice of cloth by the bath and he pressed it against the cut to stop the bleeding. He undressed with one hand and then grunted as he got into the water, his bones were sore. His joints were stiffen. He was getting older, he couldn't fight in battle like he could have in the past.

He closed his eyes, feeling the water. He was happy, happier then he had in a while. He was going to have a family, he had to write to Ju when he gets the chance.

Delun dunk his head under the warm water. When he submerge to the top he felt someone watching him. He knew it wasn't Ai, but he hoped. "Delun," Ming stood by the edge. "You hurt, didn't you?"

"Ming, can I not relax without you following me?" Delun glared. Ming shrugged, he was enjoying Delun naked. "Ming, go away."

"Did you have someone else patch you up, or did you do it yourself?" Ming asked him. He wore bright colored clothes.

"I'd have you know, Ming." Delun crossed his arms. "I did it myself. Just for you to know, I am alright. Now please leave, I feel uncomfortable."

"Let me sitch you up." Delun sighed went back under.

"Delun, stop being a baby!" Ming snapped.

"Fine! If I let you do this you owe me." Ming smiled at him.

Ai sat on the small couch in her given room. She was reading her letter from her mother. Delun walked in and before Ai could stand Delun sat down next to her and laid his head on her lap.

"Ai, are you still angry with me?" He squeezed his eyes shut. His hand rested on her knee, and she held her hands up, unsure what to do.

"No not at all." Ai was sarcastic.

"About Octavia, how did you know she was here?" Ai bite her lip. "Ai, I didn't kidnap her. She came to kill me. The Roman's sent their princess to come kill me. I could have killed her, Ai. But I didn't. What I said to you that day, I didn't really mean it." He tried to hid that from her.

"You still killed her, Delun." Ai's voice was quite.

"I didn't kill her, Ai." He sat up, he buried his face in the crook of her neck. Smelling his favorite fragrance that she wore. "She killed herself."

"You were still cruel to me." Ai said softly.

"And you said you hated me." He sat straight, his side killing him. He pulled her close to him. He kissed her forehead. "Now, tell me when you were going to tell me that you were with a child."

"Never." Ai said honestly. "Tell me when you were going tell me about that scar of your's."

"Never." Delun pressed his lips together. "Ai, I love you." She lited her head and looked at him. "And our child." He softly touched her stomach. "Don't you two ever doubt that." Delun kissed where his hand was, then kissed Ai on the lips. Softly at first, then more passionate. When he pulled back he looked at her, her cheeks where bright red. "I will be back." He stood his finger tips lingering on the side of her neck. "Stay here."

"I am not a dog." She frowned.

"Yes, I know that. " He smiled at her. Ai smile that she missed so much. "But ypu are with our child. You shouldn't do much." He blew her a kiss and walked out the door. She stood up, angry. She hated to be treated like she was dying.
