Chapter 21- need to talk.

I woke up in a strange surrounding,at first I taught I was after getting kidnapped but then I remembered I stayed in Sarah's last night.

"Rise and shine!" Sarah and Jess said together.

"No"

"It's time for school"

I groaned and rolled over only to have my pillow and blanket taken away.

"Fine! I'm up"

I have pretty much gotten used to Sarah's house so I didn't bother asking if I could shower,I just did.

When I was washed,dried,dressed and ready I went down stairs to the kitchen where Jess was eating her breakfast.

"Hey" I said kissing the top of her head.

"Hey" she smiled,but it didn't reach her eyes.

"What's wrong Jess?"

"I want to go home" her eyes filling with tears.

"I know you do," I hugged her,trying not to be awkward but she was sitting down facing the table. "All of this moving around is only until we get our own place you know that,right?"

"Yes,sorry Mia"

"What are you sorry for,Jess? You've done nothing wrong"

She burst out in tears. I know how she feels,I feel like crying to but I won't,not in front of Jess.

When she was all cried out I let her go.

"All better now?" I asked.

She nodded her head.

"Alright then,lets get to school"

After dropping Jess off at school,Sarah and I turned up the music,like always when one of us is down and began singing. Of course neither one of us can sing but that's not going to stop us.

When we reached our school we got out of the car,it felt like everyone was watching me but they weren't. They were watching Sarah,who looked really well,again.

We got inside the school,went to our lockers and talked to Becky and Sophie until the bell rang.

The hole time I couldn't shake the feeling someone was watching me.

I turned around and found the reason I felt like that. Across the hall sat Chloe and Layla whispering,no doubt about me.

I turned and headed for my first class,history.

The hole time I sat there looking at posters around the room.

When the bell rang I stood up and began walking to my next class,music.

I was hoping Justin wasn't in school today because I haven't been answering my phone to him. He was suppose to pick me up from my moms last night but I was to embarrassed to face him.

My hope for Justin being out faded when I saw him sitting in his usual seat facing the front of the class.

Odd. He's never early.

I took my usual seat and faced the front of the class waiting for the teacher to come in.

Through out the hole class Justin didn't call me,kick my chair or nothing. It almost made me turn around and ask him if he was okay. Almost.

When the bell rang,telling everyone it was time for lunch,everyone got out of their seats and left the music room,except me.

I stayed in my seat and waited for Becky,Sophie and Sarah to turn up.
