Chapter 16: You Da One

"Babe," I said to Nazar, shaking him awake.

''Yes, cariño?", he asked sleepily.

"I just wanted to say bye, I'm going to school," I said.

"Mmm okay. Bye baby, I love you," he said as he leaned up and gave me a kiss.

"I love you too. Bye," I said as I walked out the room. I grabbed my car keys and headed to school.

When I arrived I noticed everyone whispering and pointing, I guess they heard about what happened.

I walked with my head held high, I wasn't going to let them get to me.

I saw Jaia, Engrid, and Dona.

"Hey," I said as I walked up to them.

"Hey girl. We heard about what happened, are you okay?", they asked.

"Yeah, its just Jackson really got in my head, he told me I was his mate, we had sex, and then he said we couldn't be seen together and he had to take another girl as the Luna," I said.

"He's such a jack ass," Dona said.

"I know like he even brought up me not being able to have children. Then I find out I'm pregnant and he doesn't want the baby," I said.

"Your pregnant?", Jaia said shocked.

"Yeah, I officially can't drink or smoke," I said.

"So your keeping it?", Jaia asked.

"Well yeah," I said.

"Not to be rude or anything, but do you even know anything about parenting? Your 15 years old, you are still in the ninth grade. Are you going to even finish school? How are you going to support the baby?", Engrid asked.

"I'm going to finish and Nazar and I are back together, he said he would help me," I said, shrugging.

"So your pregnant with Jackson's baby, but your with Nazar. That makes you look like a total slut," Engrid spat.

"What the fuck is your problem?!", Jaia yelled at her.

"All of you are my fucking problem!", she yelled as she walked away.

"That bitch is crazy," Dona said, shaking her head.

"I think that she is jealous about Nazar," Jaia said.

"I don't think so. She never said she liked him or anything," I said.

"She probably does. Did you see the way she was looking at him at the party?", Jaia asked.

"Well no," I said.

"If you did, you would see how jealous she is. It's quite pathetic, but moving along to better topics. How are you and Nazar?", Dona said.

"We are good. I told him I loved him yesterday," I said.

"Do you really?", Dona asked.

"He's the guy that I would see myself with in the future. He is the only one that accepts me for who I am and he loves me, so of course I love him," I said as the bell rung.

"Okay chica. I wish you guys the best. See you in math," she said as she left.

I went into my first block and internally groaned when I saw Jackson.

Our home-ec teacher was sleeping as usual and some kids were putting weed in the oven. I went in the back and sat down.

"Fae," I heard Jackson say.

"Leave me alone," I replied.

"Babe, I didn't even know they had picked the girl already. I didn't mean for it to happen like that. I love you and our baby so much," he said.

"No you don't. Go be with Natalie, Natasha or whatever her name is, I don't care anymore. Your no good for me or the baby anyway,'' I said.

"How am I not good for you and the baby? I can support you and the baby. We could be a family, but it seems like you don't want that," Jackson said.

"Stop telling me what I want to hear," I said.

"You know I love you, baby girl," he said. I felt my heart soften.

"Your not proving anything to me. I need you to show me how much you love, not tell me," I said.

"I can show you," he said as he leaned down and kissed me. I heard gasp around the room.

"Jackson," I murmured against his lips. He deepened the kiss and plunged his tongue in my mouth. I moaned softly.

When he pulled away, I was breathless and I saw everyone looking at us.

"Fae is my mate and I love her. I don't give a fuck about what anyone thinks," he said to the class.

I just sat there in shock.
