Fae's P.O.V.
2 weeks later..."Are you coming to the appointment?", I asked Jackson, noticing he was still laying down in bed.
"No. I think I'm going to stay here," he said.
"Okay,'' I said. I didn't feel like arguing with him.
I left out and headed over to the doctor's office. I went in the waiting room, looking around for Dimitri.
"Hey," he said, two big texas in his hands.
"Hey,'' I said, relieved. I didn't want to go to this appointment alone.
"I got one for you,'' he said, handing me a big texas.
"Thank you," I said, opening up the package.
"Where's Jackson?", He asked.
"Oh, he's not coming today. I think he's a little tired," I said before I started eating.
"Do you ever get tired of that?", Dimitri asked.
"Tired of what?", I asked.
"Him. His withdrawals. One minute he's supportive and the next he can give to shits. I just thought you would want someone more stable and someone that can be there for you," Dimitri said.
"Jackson is there for me. He's just been tired lately," I said as soon as Jackson walked through.
I felt relief was over me.
"You came," I said, smiling.
"I wanted to be here with you," he said, giving me a kiss.
Jackson's P.O.V.
I didn't want to get out of bed originally, but then I realized it would be wrong of me no matter how tired I was.
I was training the pack all yesterday, trying to work on their combat skills. They were improving, which was good.
Dimitri had been giving me a stank look the whole appointment.
I guess he thought he would have Fae to himself as if I would let that happen.
"Look baby," Fae grinned as she pointed to the screen. I saw our tiny little baby. I knew it was our baby. Well technically I didn't know, but I was extremely hopeful in the fact that it was. My wolf wasn't giving me any insight, I guess this was a test for me.
"Our baby is going to be so beautiful," I said, giving her a kiss.
"You mean me and Fae's baby?", Dimitri asked.
I was about to retort something back, but Fae stopped me.
"No fighting guys this is a positive moment. Only positive vibes or you get kicked out," she said.
"Sorry babe," I said, giving her another kiss.
"Sorry Fae," Dimitri said. The rest of the appointment went by smoothly, everything was looking fine with the baby. But due to Fae's history of miscarriages, the doctor wanted to make sure she wasn't going through too much stress and that she wasn't moving around too much.
We left out the appointment and went back home. I could feel hate radiating off of Dimitri as he saw us leaving together.
"What are we doing now?", Fae asked, strapping on her seatbelt.
"I don't know. You want to get something to eat?", I asked, backing out of the parking lot.
"Yeah, let's go to IHOP I want some waffles," she said. I looked down and noticed her small baby bump.
"I can't wait until the baby comes," I said, putting my hand on her stomach.
"I hope it's a boy. I want to name the baby after you," she smiled, putting her hand on top of mine.
Dimitri's P.O.V.
"Bitch bitch bitch bitch!", I thought. I watched Fae and Jackson driving and talking with big smiles on their faces.
His hand touched her stomach and I lost it.
I picked up the speed on my car.
80...90..95....120
I crashed into them, hearing Fae screaming.
A sinister smile broke out on my face. It was time to get what's mine.
