I woke up with a jolt and I scream. I was held down when my arms started to swing. I slowly calmed down, taking in deep breaths. When I calmed down, I was let go. I opened my eyes, to see I was in the hospital room.
"Maddy? Are you okay?" Jacob look at me with worry. I nodded my head. "What was that about?"
"I-I don't know. How long have I been out?" He sighed and sat back down.
"About a day, no one could get you to wake up after your surgery. You blacked out, and I was told you lost a lot of blood, I would have gave you some of mine if I could." I lightly smiled at him. "Mine you can't really use."
"It's okay" I lightly smiled. "B, I blacked out?" He nodded his head. "When and how long?"
"We were talking, then your face went pale white. You've been out out for about a day."
"What where we walking about?" I looked at him trying to remember everything that happened.
"We where talking about you being on watch, then you stood up. And when I tried to get you to sit back down. Then you yelled, give me time, and your face went white." I looked straight ahead, everything after that was just in my head. I looked over at him.
"Did Dr. Cullen run any blood test on me?" He raised his eyebrow in shock.
"How'd you know?" I shrugged my shoulders.
"I was in a surgery, it was a lucky guess." He nodded his head.
"He didn't say much, just that he had never seen your blood type before." I nodded my head.
So there was actually something special about my blood. That must have cave from listening in.
"And that's why I blacked out, I didn't have enough blood." He nodded his head.
"When do I get to go home?"

Jake helped me inside of Emily's. He didn't want want me to be home by myself when he was off with the pack. Billy had gotten busy at the police station with Charlie. He had gotten a simple desk job, but he was glad he got to be with his friend.
The only thing he didn't like was Charlie getting close with Sue. But everyone deserves happiness. I sat down at the island and Jacob tried to help me move and I hit his hands away.
"I got it." He frowned, but nodded his head once.
"Okay." He sighed and I looked away, leaning forward on the counter.
"So Emily, do you need any help with anything?"
"Nothing were she standing on her feet a lot?" I looked at Jacob.
"I'm fine Jacob, I'm not kid. Please don't treat me like it." He looked at me like I was crazy.
"Maddy you just got out if surgery and you lost alot of blood, we don't need to push it."
I stood up and crossed my arms over my chest. My vision blurred not even a second latter. I had to take in a deep breath and it went back to normal.
"See I'm perfectly fine, back to normal."
"Maddy." He frowned and I looked at him.
"Jacob I'm fine, I don't want to baby it. You're late for your patrol, go before Sam makes you." He nodded his head, he took a step forward. But, stopped. He then walked out the door and I heard him shift.
I sighed and sat back down at the island. Emily looked at me with worry.
"I'm fine, don't worry about it." She sighed shaking her head.
"We all know you're lying, it doesn't help." I looked up at her.
"What do you mean?"
"Jacob isn't the only one that's worrying about you. Yes, he loves you. Yes, he does care about you in a way no one else can. You shouldn't do that to him."
