▪Thalia▪
When I woke up, my head throbbed painfully, and it took me several minutes to adjust my eyesight properly. I was about to get up when I was yanked back. I turned around and saw my wrists tied up. I remembered myself drinking a blue potion, and after that everything went black. I also remembered that.........I was tackled by Percy, Jason, Lyte, to the floor and was forced to drink the antidote. But the memory wasn't vivid enough. Just only having vague pictures of them fighting with me. I remembered about.......I shook my head from the strain trying to remember what I had done.
I tried to untie the rope, but it was to no avail. I complained and tugged the rope. I assumed that Jason heard my complains and woke up, rubbing his eyes. Oh, he looks so handsome under the light shining through the gaps of the window above him. He locked eyes with me and scrambled towards me, and cupped my face with both of his warm hands. He bored into my eyes, our faces inches away from each other.
"I'm.....so sorry for......pouring the antidote in your mouth, I had no choice......" he whispered. I smiled at him.
"I know it's for the best for me. I am sorry too, for almost trying to kill you. I shouldn't have taken the poison from Dr. Gottschalk. And, i should have let Luke's passing be left in the past. The past can't be chnaged anyway."
On the thought of mentioning Dr. Gottschalk, I widened my eyes. He seemed to read my expression and said, "He's dead. Don't worry now." I heaved a sigh of relief.
"Thalia, I wanted to say this before you turned evil," his eyes darted to Percy, and whispered, "I wanna say it to you somewhere private," he untied the ropes and pulled me out of the door, and turned to a corner. He walled toward me, and I am going backwards, in the end, leaning against a wall. He took a step forward, faces centimetres apart.
"IloveyoueversincethedayimetyouincampandihopethatyouwilllovemebackandikindoflikeLytetoobutiwouldneverloveherbutonlyyou" he said it in one breath. After processing all his words, I gave him a sweet smile.
"Aww....that's so sweet of you!" I hugged him. He pulled away and instead kissed me. As his soft pink lips touched mine, my heart beat so fast that I just hope it wouldn't pop out of my ribcage. His hands found their way to my waist, pulling me closer to him. My hands went to hus neck, pulling him closer to me. And we did that for a few minutes until we pulled away, gasping for air. When I steadied my breath, Jason was staring at me with his blue striking eyes.
"I love you, Thalia."
"I love you too,"
"What about us?"
We turned around and saw Percy and Lyte standing side by side, Percy's arm draped aroind her shoulder. Leo was grinning at us cheekily. They smirked at us. I blushed furiously, and hung my head to block my face with my brown long hair. Jason put his arm around my waist, and chuckled.
"Duh....you're my friends!"
"I saw that just now though. It was so sweet of you guys." Leo wriggled his eyebrows mischievously at Jason.
Oh don't you dare, man. Don't you dare," Jason said, laughing.
"I won't. I already had Rebecca as my girlfriend." He said.
"Let's go back to camp, shall we?" Jason asked, changing the subject.
"Oh yeah, I'm can't wait to return to my comfy home," I said, walking towards the exit, hand in hand with Jason as we lead the way back to camp.
