I was in pure shock. "You can't say that, Ryland."

"I can and I will." He took my hand.

"You don't mean it." I pulled my hand away. "You love Brittany."

"Did you and Rocky have sex?" He repeated the question.

"No." I looked away.

He looked surprised. "Then what did you two do?"

"You shouldn't be worried about this." I moved myself out from under him.

"Well I am. I don't know what to do about it."

"We talked about when I'm moving back in." I looked at him.

"That's all?"

"Do you want me to replay four hours?" I asked sarcastically.

"How long is he staying in the hotel?"

"Until I leave."

"Are you seeing him again tomorrow night?" He wouldn't let me leave.

"Yes." I looked at my door.

"Can I convince you not to?" He asked quietly.

"Why?"

"I want a chance."

"Ryland." I moved close to him again. "You and I both know you can't have that chance. You're with Brittany and I'm with Rocky. That's not a good thing to do."

"You two aren't together again officially."

"But you are with Brittany." I moved away. "I have to go."

"Please don't." He watched me walk to the door.

"Goodnight, Ryland."

"Are you still alive?" Blake's voice was really close.

I opened my eyes to see Blake hovering over me. "What?"

He laughed and backed up. "It's almost eleven. How long are you planning on sleeping?"

I sat up quickly. "How did I sleep that long?"

"I don't know. How long were you up with Brittany?"

"Brittany?"

"Yeah." He laughed and sat down on the bed. "Isn't that where you were last night?"

I nodded quickly. "Oh yeah. I was with Brittany."

"Were you drinking or doing something that you don't remember? It must have been a crazy night."

"I can't drink. I'm pregnant."

"I forgot." He looked away. "How long were you up? What did you two do all night?"

"What did you hear?" I was hoping Ryland didn't say anything.

"I didn't hear anything." He said slowly. "That's why I asked you."

"We just talked and watched tv."

"What, no nail painting or boy talking? No pillow fights in your underwear?"

"How stereotypical of you." I smiled. "We couldn't really talk boys or have pillow fights in our underwear. Ryland was there." Even though I was guessing Ryland wouldn't mind the pillow fight.

"Sounds like you had a crazy night then." He leaned backwards onto my bed.

"How long have the kids been up?"
