steven had a routine. he'd sleep by max's bedside, wake up and use the bathroom, and get back into his position until he fell asleep. he'd only eat if someone brought him something and forced him to eat it.
but today, he decided to fuck with his routine. he left the room and went down to the hospital cafeteria. and it was probably the worst idea he's ever thought of.
