Hope's the most beautiful bird in the sky

Two women. Having the same feelings. Pain. Of not being with the one they truly love; because a part of them is missing. Fear. One of them is scared to be lonely for the rest of her life. The other one is scared of hurting the people around her. Both of them are scared to never fill the hole in their hearts. But there is also love. And hope. The love that keeps them going. Love that keeps growing. And hope that one day everything's gonna be ok.

Kristin finally found the courage to buy tickets to see If/Then and then actually go and see it. She took her seat and waited for the overture to begin.
When Idina came on stage and said: "Hey, it's me...", Kristin couldn't help but wipe away a tear that rolled down her cheek. This was the first time seeing Idina after their Wicked photo shoot back in 2013. And gosh, she looked beautiful. Not a day older than in 2003.
The show was a roller coaster of emotions for Kristin. She was actually able to laugh sometimes but she was also crying her heart out especially during 'I hate you' and 'You Learn To Live Without '.  During 'Always Starting Over' Kristin felt so proud of her baby, of how far she'd come. "She's not your baby,"  Kristin reminded herself. " Not anymore."
The end of the show came and Kristin felt like running away. "You can't run away. Not now, you've made it this far. Running away now would only make it worse. Get your shit together and face your fears." 
She slowly made her way to Idina's dressing room, afraid of bumping into Joby or Anthony, she wouldn't want them to know that she was there.
Just a few more steps. Kristin could see Idina's dressing room door. The moment she'd been waiting for was finally here. And Kristin was afraid. Afraid of seeing her former lover again.  Afraid of what Idina might think about her. Afraid of losing her again. This time forever.
But there was hope. Hope that Idina missed her as well. Hope that they could at least be friends again. Hope that they could finally reunite. Hope that everything would turn out for the better.  Hope...
