"Go on! Ruthless killer." I glared at the guard that was shoving Levin and David into the castle. Catherine and I walked behind them. I glanced at her but as always, she was expressionless. My lip twitched up at the guards, they're the real ruthless killers here. We now were at the front of the gate, and one look at the princess, the gate guard opens without a word. Memorized flashed back as I was walking down the cobbled driveway. My brother looks at me and we exchanged it.

I know both of us, including David, were thinking the same thing. Catherine never said a word yet she close by me, and so was the guards. The castle doors opened and my heart made a quick stop. The prince looked furiously towards the guards until his gaze settled on Levin. He sped walked and in panic, I rushed to Levin's side. Yet the terrifying prince does not notice. So I jumped in front of him.

Now I caught his attention. He raised his eyebrows for a second then it went back to furious. He stops in front of me and looks down.

"Move." He says in a calm yet dangerous tone. Right when either me and my brother would pep up, Catherine walks up besides me. The prince softens his gaze and embraces his sister. Nobody said a word, just looks of shocks on me, Levin, and David.

He pulls back and smiles at his sister," Did you find the man?" Catherine shakes her head and his smiles falls. He clenched his jaw,"Do not worry, there is good news. But to begin with, who is this?" He looks at me and my heart raced. Catherine looks at me and says," A long lost friend from the village."

"Village? You befriended a villager? When?" Questions after questions asked the prince, staring heavily at me then at Catherine. I heard the guards walking inside, pushing my brother and David inside. This caught the princes attention." HAULT!" His voice practically touched my soul, and not in a good way. I jumped up and the prince walks up to my brother and grabs him by the collar of his shirt.

His eyes were staring intensely into Levin's eyes, which were blank." I'm not done with you yet, pleb. You have guts, but don't have the strength to kill me." He then processed to punch Levin in the stomach then to his face, like he hasn't been punched enough today. I closed my eyes and gaze away, but Catherine's hand gently caress my cheek.

"Ah, and you must be the friend that had help him last night?" I look at him and he too punches David, blood flying out of his mouth. I couldn't take it anymore, luckily he dismisses them and the guards carry them into the castle. I glared at the prince and he took a deep breath." Bloody thugs. Now then." He wipes his knuckles and comes toward me and Catherine.

He held out his hand," Hello..." I slowly stuck out my hand and shook with a grip." Ruby." He nodded," Like, as the gem?" I nodded as well and look at Catherine, who I think was looking at me." Tell me, how did you and my sister meet? Wait...let me guess. She escaped the castle one day?" I opened my mouth, not knowing what to say.

"Yes." Said Catherine. The prince nods and takes back his hand and bows." It's a pleasure to meet such a friend of my sister." The corner of my lip twitches and he looks at Catherine." As I was saying, you must meet someone who is waiting in the castle since yesterday. Looks like you've caught someone's eye." Catherine slightly frowns and grabs my hand." We shall see then." And we walked into the castle, the prince following.

"He is waiting in Fathers study." Said the prince then left without a word. I look at the princess, and her frown deepens." Hey." I said and cup her cheek. She leans and signs." It's gonna be alright. As long as I'm here, we're here." I grabbed her hand." It's gonna be okay." I smiled and wipe a tear running down her cheek. She grasps quickly and I hugged her back.

"Do we have too?" She nods and knocks on the door. Laughter was heard from behind the door, and a voice calls us in. Catherine opens the door and the first thing I saw was the king. He dressed very highly. His suit was silk color with matched pants. His hair was the same color as Catherine's, light shiny brown. He also had a goatee. He looks about in his early forties, wrinkles already showing.
