The Kings P.O.V
"Get the hounds! You and you, group up and follow me! You and you, spread out and search thoroughly in the woods!" I pointed and shouted orders left to right to soldiers.

That bastard! I've decided, that killing him won't bring my dear Mary back or repair my relationship with my daughter. I'll just throw him in the dungeon and torture the little pleb everyday until he says the Lord's Prayer. And I do not care what Catherine thinks of me, knowing that if I kill him or torture him it will make my daughter hate forever.

Not to mention, I just can't let him slip through my fingers, living as if he didn't do anything like killing my wife!

"My king! Over here!" Yells a fellow soldier.

I walked to where he stood, and points on the floor. I kneel down and inspect a ball of dirt. I picked it up, the texture was different. I rotate it and see a letter?

Paper! I un-crumble the dirty paper and read. It was the same letter that Jack has left and I flipped it over, there's was more writings on it.

My king, I didn't do the murder and of course you wouldn't believe me, so I'll prove it. You won't find me easily, so I'll take this opportunity to find evidence and justice for a crime I didn't commit, think of it this way my lord. If Catherine looses me or I loose Catherine, and the murderer put the fault on a innocent man, once you killed him and the murderer strikes again, how would you feel? And yes, questioning you is against the law but I don't give a damn.
Yours Truely,
Jack

Jacks P.O.V
"We've been walking for hours, it's already seven in the morning. How much farther again?" Complained Matthew.

We've been hiking through the forest since at five in the morning. I'll admit that my back is starting to hurt, only from carrying my stuff and the wounds on my back. Catherine however is doing fantastic, carrying her own carriage and doesn't need my insistence as much. That's my girl.

"Like this is too much for you Matthew, you can run up on roof onto roof for an hour straight but you can't even walk through a dense forest?" Levin turned his head to look at Matthew.

"Just a little break wouldn't hurt, right?" Matthew breathed out.

"If we stop even a minute to rest, the guards will catch up and kill us all, so yes it will deeply hurt." Levin remarks.

Matthew whined, Catherine and I tried to cover our smile and giggles. Anne just chuckled out loud, classic Anne. Catherine slows down a bit and was walking at my pace.

"Do you think my father has found and read the letter?" Catherine asked.

"I'm sure he did at this point, I do hope he understands that I was never a threat, but I know for a fact he wants me dead." I said.

"Has this always happened between you two?" Anne asked behind us, jumping in the conversation.

Catherine and I both nodded as I said," Everyone in this kingdom are eager to kill me just because I'm with Catherine."

"Not to mention that there's a reward on your head now Jack," Catherine exclaimed.

I shrug," I don't care at this point about the people who are out to get me or the palace trying to kill me, like I always say, if Catherine is happy then I'm happy."

Catherine gave me a look," Not everything is about me you know. You have feelings too Jack."

I grinned up at Catherine," Of course I do, all of my emotions sum up to you, especially happiness. If you are not happy, then I'm not happy. You're my pride and joy Cathy."
