Jakies P.O.V

Catherine and I talked about what to do for today, pushing aside the drama." Hmmmm..." says Catherine, pressing her lips in a thin line. I rub my chin and chew my scrabble eggs. An idea hit me and I quickly chew and swallowed.

"How about a trip into town?" I said. Catherine looks up and smiles." Yeah, some fresh air could help us in the moment." I gobbled down my breakfast and made sure Cathy finished hers before grabbing her hand and run down the halls. We burst into her room, giggling and undressing. I wore my usual clothing. Black suit, pants, and bow. I saw Catherine struggling to tie her dress from the back.

I chuckled," Here." I gently tied the dress and step back. Cathy whips around and frowns. I raise an eyebrow.

"I...I like your touch." She blushes and I bit my lip. I walked towards her and placed a kiss on the crook of her neck. She shutters and I smile." Were going to be late." I said. She playfully hits my arm as I stepped back, laughing." Are you teasing me?" Cathy says.

I started to put on my black polished shoes," I don't know. Should I continue?" She places a finger on her chin, as in thinking. I sign," Now your teasing me." She starts to walk away and leaving through the door." Ugh this girl." I sloppily tied my shoe and jump up, running to the door. I catch up to Catherine," Can't handle me, huh?" I smile." Like you said, were going to be late."

She turns and smirks, sneaky sneaky girl." Hahah, yeah like I said, you can't handle me." She shakes her head as I laugh. We made it through the main doors and the guards open without hesitation. I inhale, savoring the smell of fresh flowers and grass. A carriage was waiting for us and God was it huge." My god this carriage is huge!" I said with awe. Catherine giggles," You should of seen my fathers."

"You guys are really something." I said as I opened the door and Catherine hops inside." Well we are the third most highest kingdom." I sat down next to her, pushing aside her dresses puff. The horses rear up and galloped away." It's been quite awhile since I observed the outside world." I said, gazing outside.

Catherine nods." It's been too long for me, well since I came looking for you." I smile towards her, staring as its my last one." And I'm glad you did." I grabbed her hand, our fingers interlock.

After a while we came across the middle class village, the smell of fresh cooked bread and perfume and people talking. Well until they saw the carriage, everyone stops and bows. When they stood, all eyes were on me as if they witness a murder. I shrug it off and stare down on my lap. The cargo makes a halt and I peek outside." Guess it's time to leave. I open the door and held it once outside until Catherine gets out. The carriage moves away and I nervously held Catherine's gloved hand. The stares and whispers made me frown at everyone." Is there a problem?" I asked harshly. The people began to walk away but every now and then they would give a glance and nothing more. I raise an eyebrow at Catherine and she signs.

We walked around, buying Catherine a rose and a stuff bear, she smiles and holds onto them dearly. We walked around till our feet ache and sat at a fountain." I forgot how the streets here were like. I said, playing with the fountain water.

" I forgot how the people live in the outside." I look up, seeing Catherine staring straight forward. I held her cheek," I forgot how beautiful you look with a smile." She turns and a little smile forms on her pretty lips.

"Ah, there it is. My beautiful princess." She blushes." Your teasing again." She says, swatting away my hand and I roll my eyes. We took one more minute before getting up and moving on. We stumble across a barber shop and a man was leaning on the wall next to it. He took a glance at us and he snaps his eyes on me." Shit." I look away and walk faster, pulling Cathy along." What's wrong?" When we were at a good distance, I took a breath." A man who knew my brother, sorry assassin, knew my brother and also knew me. And I think he just recognized me." I look behind, making sure we're not followed.
