Chapter 6 Summer Love

            I was in trouble.

            The first thing I woke up to was Sarah calling me. I had to get her office as soon as possible. I didn’t even have time to do my hair or make up.

            I sat in the waiting room in jeans and t-shirt, messy bun was what my hair looked like. I rubbed my sleepy eyes and yawned

            Since being sober, I really did feel bad for what had happened at the party. Not for hitting her but for doing it at the management party. That stupid bitch. If I lose my job because of her I’m going to do more than break her nose.

            Sarah walked out of her office, dressed in a nice skirt suit. She looked mad. Oh, no. Here it goes. She didn’t even greet me. Instead, she pointed at me to follow her to her office.

            “Ugh.” I muttered under my breath as followed.

            She led me inside, closing the door behind her. I sat down in front of her desk. “Okay, Annabele. I only have one thing to say.” She told me putting her fingers on her temples.

            Oh my God. All I could think was, “I’m fired.” I’m going back to my Mom’s. She was right all along.

            “Sarah, just-“ I started but she cut me off.

            She gave me a huge grin. “That was the best thing I’ve ever seen!” She yelled coming over and hugging me.

            That was not what I had been expecting. I was just so happy that I wasn’t in trouble. “You’re not mad at me?” I asked. Was this a joke?

            She pulled away and grinned. “Oh God no. Simon said to give you a “punishment”. He said not to fire you because of how people thought it was funny. A little drama is always good.” She let me know.

            I grinned. It was pretty good. I felt pretty awesome for doing it. But then I remembered what all she had said. “What do you mean punishment?” I asked. Was she gong to bend me over and spank me? I laughed at the thought.

            She clapped her hands together in a devilish way. Oh God. “You get to run around with One Direction tomorrow to their interviews and photo shoots.” She told me.

            That didn’t sound that bad. Niall may have been mad at me but I would still be able to hang out with Louis. If we were going to start “Fake Dating” this extra time together would really help.

            I put a fake sour look on my face. “Ew. That really sucks.” I lied.
