(A/N: I deeply apologize for the hiatus my story underwent this past few weeks. I'm sure you guys understand it. It's just the usual student reasons, such as preparation for finals. And also, a problem occurred recently. Gladly, it's over and I'm back! Have fun ^_^ )

Recap:

"Juvia disappeared," Gajeel intervened, his eyes now opened and his arms were now crossed against his chest.

Lucy faced him as Natsu walked up to them. "What happened to Juvia?" inquired Natsu.

"She left chasing after the guild master."

Deep inside Gray's mind, he thought, "I'm going to bring you back, Juvia! I promise..."

"There's the Phantom Thief!" yelled one of the police lookout, pointing to the black winged figure soaring across the night sky.

Everyone's gaze directed to the phantom thief, confirming the loud call they heard. The crowd began growing wild, struggling to break free from the confinements held by other people.

The spotlights directed to him, together with the cameras brought by the media. Commander Saehara had a wide grin plastered on his face. While Hiwatari remained as cool as ever, pushing his glass upwards with his fingers, watching the Phantom Thief soar through his glinted eyes.

"It seems like the Phantom Thief has arrived earlier than said in the warning letter," announced the reporter, "Is it really the Phantom thief?"

The camera focused on the said winged creature only to get a better view of the purple head's face and his enticing smile. "It's really him!" exclaimed the reporter, "Phantom Thief Dark has shown himself!"

"Awesome!" whispered Saehara to himself enthusiastically. He was sitting up on a tree branch as usual, capturing candid photos of the Phantom Thief before he disappears. He was hoping that he could bribe young ladies in his class in letting him copy homework and performing cleaning duties for him.

"Phantom Thief Dark has disappeared!" exclaimed the reporter, "He's making his next move!"

The grin in Commander Saehara's face wore out. It was replaced with a darker expression including knitted eyebrows, dilated pair of eyes, and gritted teeth. "A team, stay in your positions! B team, head to the rooftop! C team, storm the building!" he commanded, his arm outstretched to the direction he wanted his men to go, "Keep moving! We mustn't let him escape! We have to capture Dark without fail!"

"Yes, sir!" his men saluted and obeyed his orders.

Inside the museum, Juvia stiffened. She heard that the Phantom thief was now making his move. Anytime, they may clash around. She must be ready for the fight. After all, his capture provides the sole purpose of her intrusion to this dimension. She must capture him before the police does.

Dark carefully made his landing behind the museum and hid himself in the bushes. One of the members of the A team was there, responsible for lookout, and his attention was all focused to the museum. Dark sneaked behind him and hit the back of his neck using his elbow. The poor officer was depraved of consciousness with just one blow.

Dark silently pulled him to the bushes and wore his clothes in disguise. Commander Saehara was out there, doing rounds across the perimeter with his walkie-talkie in his ear. Dark managed to dress up in a matter of seconds, fitting the uniform perfectly in his slender body and tucking his unruly purple hair inside the cap neatly.
