Chapter 30: The Comeback Finale

(A/N: This chapter serves as the epilogue, as the title says, so there won't be any recaps anymore! ^-^)

Everything has finally come into a peaceful and likeable end for both D.N. Angel and Fairy Tail after months of crossover troubles. Everything is now going back to normal.

It all started in a single mistake, the mistake of Juvia when she chased the survivor generator of the Dark Guild that they raided and defeated. However, it wouldn't be called her mistake, because if she didn't, she wouldn't be the heroine.

She crossed dimensions and suffered in another world with only one objective: to capture the remaining one. However, that person she yearned to capture happened to have another powerful creature which has the same name, the phantom thief named Dark Mousy, and our heroine mistook him for that. She attacked him during his heist and at the same night, she lost her purpose, together with a piece of her memory.

Juvia was kept by a friend while she aided the thief in his missions as much as she could, knowing that he was the one who could bring back her lost memories and help her obtain her goal. She didn't care about going back, since she gained precious friends too, but that didn't last long because she has to return to her world eventually.

Along the while, the survivor of the Dark Guild named Dark Gryder, has found and has awakened the evil counterpart of the phantom thief, Krad Hikari, turning him to an ally. However, he wished one thing in return: to be able to kill the phantom thief with his own hands.

Dark Mousy and Krad Hikari are both curse DNAs and souls that were kept within the Black Wings sculpture created by a Hikari that has possessed the power to give life long ago, but his mind and ability was corrupted when he wanted to perfect everything and sold his soul to the devil to be able to breathe life. The two pieces of art clashed long ago and were both trapped in the sculpture, because Dark wanted to keep the Niwas and the entire Azumano City safe. But the Niwas rescued Dark alone, leaving Krad behind, however, Dark isn't human still.

While Juvia had no intentions of returning until fulfilling her duty, the member Fairy Tail have not settled down, worrying for her, especially Gray Fullbuster, her object of affection that has started taking a liking on her after her long disappearance. With the help of Jean Luc, Levy McGarden have found a way to open a portal to the dimension where Juvia was sent. They waited for the right time and Gray volunteered to be sent. Unknown to most of them, Erza has jumped into that portal two.

Everyone had their own respective battles and won it. Afterwards, Erza, Gray and Juvia have been reunited together with the phantom thief, surprising Gray the most, since he never thought of Erza coming along.

With the phantom thief's help, the three found a way to return home and the phantom thief was granted his ultimate wish afterwards: to become human.

The path within the portal was longer and very different on the path Juvia, Gray and Erza took when they got transported to a different dimension. It was cool, calm and relaxing along the way. There was no need to be alarmed to the dangers, in fact, it was alright to sleep.

It was a different path created by the phantom thief himself, but it can only be used once. It was a direct transport, and a painless one. They didn't crawl into the nebula. The opening was right within the Fairy Tail guild.

"Welcome home!" everyone greeted as confetti were thrown over the three when they returned. The portal immediately closed behind them.

The truth is, they missed everyone so much, especially Juvia, and she would miss all her friend in the other dimension as much as they would miss her. Same goes for Erza, she also has a person to miss.
