Recap:

"Seriously set up things without my knowing and tell me about it the last minute?"

"Daisuke, I thought that you were already used to it," retorted Emiko.

"But my day wasn't good, Mom," Daisuke continued and stretched his arms out. "I was hoping I could rest for a bit."

"We need to discuss something important when we get there... and it is all about your next heist."

-----------------------------------------------

Night befell to Azumano about 7 in the evening. The establishments in the city started lighting up and it was a wonderful sight from the above.

Dark soared over the city, just as he always do during the nights of the heists. It was a normal event to him since going out in the night suit him best. Even if he could hear Daisuke sulking inside him, that didn't bother him much. He didn't want to be tardy as it would ruin his reputation. He was always on time.

- FLASHBACK –

Daisuke was running as fast as he could. He didn't know the answer to it because his legs got so worked out and wanted to run all the way to the basement although their house isn't huge at all. Running down the stairs to the basement, he stumbled. He never got over his clumsiness and him, being a klutz, is one of his unique distinction that never changed over years.

Nearing the last few steps of their stairs, he stopped his fall by pushing hard on the ground and steadying himself on his feet. He walked to the center of the basement and talked to his mom.

"I don't understand, Mom," he started, "Why do I have to meet you down here when you can tell me everything in the living room?"

Emiko, pulled down her hood and smiled. "I just wanted to show you something new... that's all."

"But you could just show it to me some other time," Daisuke whined, "Not when I have a heist to uphold."

Emiko ignored her son. She put her hood back and walked to the heart of the basement, a round table set with fire. She threw pieces of paper in it and raised her sceptre just as her dad did. They recited a spell and the disintegration of the burning papers sped up.

Everything turned into dust is a split second. The remains floated in the air and a blur projection of something was suddenly formed.

Daisuke opened his mouth is amazement, but nothing came out. Daisuke turned his head to his dad and asked, "What's going on, Dad?"

Kosuke walked up to him, bent down a bit and cupped his hand over his mouth to whisper on his son's ear, "It is the new spell your mom and grandfather devised."

"What kind of spell?" Daisuke inquired, unintentionally making his voice louder.

"Sshh." Kosuke covered his son's mouth with his hand. "Don't be loud," he whispered, "Your noise is distracting them."

Daisuke carefully shoved his father's hand away from his mouth and apologized. The two waited for the ritual to reach the climax, and the blur image started becoming clear.

In no time, the image projected turned into the view of Azumano city from the top and ventured to the site of heist tonight, the Company Headquarters of Leeds. It isn't a very famous site in Azumano since very few visits that place. However, it wasn't abandoned. It just underwent renovation longer than the time anticipated.

Emiko and her father put their scepters down and pulled their hoods off. Without turning around, Emiko started explaining about the projected headquarters. As expected from her, she made a research of it.
