"Petra! Get up!" Lindee's voice rings loudly in my ears.

I bolt forward, my eyes flying open to see Lindee standing over me, urgency on her face.

"Lindee? What the hell are you doing here?" I ask, rubbing my eyes with the sudden burst of light.

Tucker wakes up at the sound of her name, making Melanie also wake up at the sound of my voice.

"I came because Multoru is under attack. We need help defending it." Lindee states, pointin over at Tucker.

"Your dad told me to come find you." She says, making Tucker tilt his head to one side.

He stands up, almost falling at the sudden weight on his legs.

"But I didn't tell him where I was going." He defends.

Lindee sighs, pulling out a tracking device.

"The brace we put on has a built in tracking device. I turned it on when the attack started. Your dad figured out that it was you and he told me to get you here, and to bring back anyone that was willing to help." Lindee says, looking over at me.

I look around the clearing, seeing Cloud Jumper nuzzling the other horses.

"I'm sorry, but I'm sort of banished for life remember? I'm only here to help Tucker get to the creator." I say, crossing my arms.

Melanie walks over to my side, frowning.

"I kinda have to agree with Petra here. Who the hell are they to banish her only to basically ask for her help?" Mel asks, speaking everything I've ever though about the town since Tucker reappeared.

Tucker and Lindee look a little saddened by the thought.

"Come on. Do it for everyone else in the town, not my dad, not the council, but for the innocent people, the kids. Do it for them." Tucker says, making me slumped.

I hate to admit it but Tucker is right.

Whatever is attacking that place it must be really bad if they need help from the outside, and send younger kids to go find it.

"Fine, but if anyone says shit I'm not going to be nice about it." I say, making them all smile.

Melanie rolls her eyes at me, walking over to the horses.

"Shall we?" She says, waiting for the rest of us to join her.

I walk over, getting onto the back of Hazel.

Once we all are on the horses we take off, back down the road to the place I wish I never had to return to.

.....

I slow down the group to a walking pace as we reach the town, slowly making our way into the main street.

Just as I remember it.

Smoke rose from bon fires on the streets out of garbadge cans, house's had their roofs caving in.

Basically the dump of the world.

"So where is this guy you need to talk to?" Lindee asks, being filled in on the way here.

I sigh, looking at all the houses as we pass.

People look at us as if we are meat, which makes me slightly uncomfortable.

The dogs some people have are worse.

"Not far. Its a couple blocks in." I say, my voice shakey.

Tucker obviously picks up on it, but stays quiet.
