I shiver as snow begins to fall as I wait for the others.

My arms wrap around my chest, hoping to give myself some warmth.

Tucker barrels through the portal like he was pushed with Soren right behind him.

Melanie comes through next actually riding Hazle.

And finally Lindde just makes it through with Cloud Jumper before the portal closes.

I shiver, looking around through the snow for anything that looks like a secret entrance.

"I-I you h-had been h-hiding for more than twenty y-years, where w-would you h-hide?" Lindee shivers, hugging Cloud Jumper.

Tucker rubs his arms to warm them up, trying to spot anything in the snow.

"This doesn't seem like a scary place though." He mutters, staring at the cloud of breath he created.

I hear howling in the distance and the wind starts to pick up.

"Seems scary to me." Melanie mutters, making me nod.

I start to look around, not able to see much through the snow.

The snow a couple feet away looks odd to me though, making me drag my boots through the snow.

This is one of those times I'm thankful that I normally wear boots.

"What's wrong?" Tucker asks as I kneel down on the odd snow.

I knock on it with one hand, making an echo sound beneath it.

"It feels like metal and there might be something under here!" I shout over to them.

The wind picks up even more, making snow blast my face like this should be a sand storm.

Since I can't see much I make my way over to a large piece of ice sticking out in the middle of the odd metal snow.

On its face it looks like a screen.

"Guys! Stand on the metal!" I shout, making them fight against the wind.

They reach the metal, standing on it with all their might so they don't get blown away.

I press a few tabs and loud turning noises sound from gears below the surface.

Slowly the circle of meatal sinks into the ground.

I look up s a new plate of metal closes above us, leaving us in pitch black.

"Petra? Are you sure this is the way to go?" Melanie calls from somewhere on my right.

The metal plate is still moving down the dark passage, making me hold onto the controller thing.

"Its a secret passage in the middle of nowhere! Why wouldn't this be the right way?!" I reply, feeling as if I left my stomach at the top of this hole.

The platform seems to be falling faster by the second, making a scream fill the passage.

Lindee's scream.

I hold tightly onto the control, my hair flying above me as we fall down the long tunnle.

"What if this hole is bottomless?!" Tucker asks, his voice filled with despair.

The idea of that scares me a little, mainly because if we are just continuously falling down this hole, who will save everyone else?

"No, there has to be a bottom. No hole can be bottomless!" I shout back, hoping that what I say is true.
